Claims (15)
- 탄소수 5~10의 파라핀, 또는 이 파라핀을 주성분으로 하는 탄화수소로 부터, 탄소수 3 또는 4의 올레핀을 주성분으로 하는 저급지방족 탄화수소를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 촉매크래킹용 강산성 촉매 존재하에 에서, 탄소수 5~10의 파라핀, 또는 이 파리핀을 주성분으로 하는 탄화수소를, 촉매크래킹을 행하여 상기 파라핀 또는 탄화수소를 탄소수 3 또는 4의 파라핀을 주성분으로 하는 탄화수소로 전환하는 1차 반응공정과, 이 제1차 반응공정에서 얻어진, 탄소수 3 또는 4의 파라핀을 주성분으로 하는 탄화수소를, 탈수소촉매로 탈수소하여, 탄소수 3 또는 4의 올레핀을 주성분으로 하는 저급지방족 탄화수소로 전화시키는 2차 반응공정으로 구성된 저급지방족 탄화수소의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 잇어서, 상기 촉매크래킹용 촉매가, 이온교환반응에 의해 도입된 희토류금속 성분을 함유하는 모오데나이트인 것이 특징인 저급지방족 탄화수소의 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 희토류금속 성분의 함량이 그 산화물로서 0.1~10중량%인 것이 특징인 저급지방족 탄화수소의 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 희토류금속 성분이 란탄 또는 세륨인 것이 특징인 저급지방족 탄화수소의 제조방법.
- 제1항에서, 상기 촉매 크래킹용 촉매가, 산처리로 탈알루미늄된 모오데나이트 촉매인 것이 특징인 저급지방족 탄화수소의 제조방법.
- 제5항에서, 상기 탈알루미늄된 모오데나이트 촉매의 실리카/알루미나 몰비가 12~70인것이 특징인 저급지방족 탄화수소의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 탈알루미늄된 촉매는, 모오데나이트를 모오데나이트 g당 0.005~1몰의 산으로 처리하고, 이 산처리된 모오데나이트를 건조한 후, 이 건조된 산처리 모오데나이트를 300~700℃의 온도로 소성하므로써 제조된 것이 특징인 저급 지방족 탄화수소의 제조방법.
- 제1항에서, 상기 촉매 크래킹용 촉매가, 실리카/알루미나 몰비가 10~80인 수소이온교환 모오데나이트인 것이 특징인 저급 지방족 탄화수소의 제조방법.
- 제1항에서, 상기 촉매 크래킹 촉매가 고체 초강산 촉매인 것이 특징인 저급지방산 탄화수소의 제조방법.
- 제9항에서, 상기 고체 초강산 촉매가 Zr(OH)4,ZrO4,H4TiO2,TiO2또는 Fe2O3로 구성된 담체에 황산이온을 고정시킨, 촉매인 것이 특징인 저급지방산 탄화수소의 제조방법.
- 제1항에서, 상기 탈수소 촉매가, 산화알루미늄/산화크롬 촉매, 산화철/산화크롬 촉매 또는 귀금속 함유 촉매인 것이 특징인 저급지방산 탄화수소의 제조방법.
- 제1항에서, 상기 촉매 크래킹 반응은, 250~580℃의 온도에서 행하고, 상기 탈수소 반응은 450~600℃에서 행하는 것이 특징인 저급지방산 탄화수소의 제조방법.
- 제1항에서, 원료 탄화수소와 촉매 크래킹용 촉매를 유동상내에서 접촉시켜 상기 촉매 크래킹 반응을 행하는 것이 특징인 저급지방산 탄화수소의 제조방법.
- 탄소수 5~10의 파라핀, 또는 이 파라핀을 주성분으로 하는 탄화수소를, 촉매크래킹하여 탄소수 3 또는 4의 파라핀을 주성분으로 하는 저급지방족 탄화수소를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 그 촉매로서, 희토류 금속성분으로 이온 교환된 모오데나이트 촉매, 또는 산처리로 탈알루미늄된 모오데나이트 촉매를 사용하는 것이 특징인 저급지방산 탄화수소의 제조방법.
- 탄소수 3 또는 4의 파라핀을 주성분으로 하는 저급지방족 탄화수소의 제조방법에 있어서, 탄소수 5~10의 파라핀 또는 이 파라핀을 주성분으로 하는 탄화수소를 모오데나이트로 조성된 촉매와 함께, 300~500℃에서, 유동상 내로 도입하여, 탄소수 3 또는 4으 파라핀을 주성분으로 하는 크래킹 반응생성물을 생성하고, 촉매의 일부분을 크래킹생성물과 함께 반응계로 부터 꺼내고, 상기 크래킹 반응생성물로 부터 크래킹 생성물을 분리하고, 상기 분리된 촉매를 400~800℃의 온도에서 소성처리하여 재생시키고, 이 재생된 촉매를 반응계로 재사용하는 공정들을 포함하는 것이 특징인, 저급지방족 탄화수소의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
