Description

카텐걸이홈부가 형성된 알미늄 창틀
제1도는 본 고안의 알미늄 창틀에 카텐레일이 끼워져 있는 상태를 나타내는 일부 절개 단면 사시도.
제2도는 카텐레일이 끼워진 상태를 나타내는 단면도.
본 고안은 알미늄 창틀의 윗틀 내측부분에 카텐걸이를 끼워넣을 수 있도록 카텐걸이 홈부를 일체로 형성시킨 카텐걸이 홈부가 형성된 알미늄 창틀에 관한 것이다.
종래에는 일반적으로 창틀의 윗틀 상부에 별도의 카텐박수부를 형성한 후 상기 카텐박스부내에 카텐걸이를 고정시켜서 카텐을 설치토록 하였다. 그러나 카텐박스부가 설치되지 아니한 창호부에 카텐을 설치코자 하는 경우에는 별도의 카텐걸이를 창호부 상측 벽체 또는 천장에 부착 고정시켜 주어야 하였는바, 이러한 때에도 내부벽체 또는 천장이 콘크리트벽 또는 벽돌벽과 콘크리트 슬라브에 미장모르타르 미감으로 내부미장공사가 완료되는 경우에는 별도의 카텐걸이를 벽체 또는 천장에 고정시키는 작업이 용이하지 아니하였다.
또, 외부창호는 알미늄창호로 내부창호는 목재창호로 마무리되는 경우에는 목재창호의 윗틀부분에 상기 카텐걸이를 나사못으로 고정시켜서 카텐을 걸수도 있겠지만, 학교 또는 사무실 건축물등에서와 같이 알미늄 창호만으로 창호공사를 마무리하는 경우 이 또한 여의치아니하였다.
본 고안의 목적은 이와 같은 알미늄창호만으로 창호공사가 마무리되는 건축물에서 카텐걸이의 부착을 용이하게 할수 있는 알미늄 창틀을 제공하기 위한 것이다.
이하 본 고안의 기술적 구성을 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
일반적으로 알미늄 창틀부재는 평행한 한쌍의 수직외벽부(10)(10'), 상기외벽부(10)(10')들을 그 중간부에서 연결시켜주는 격벽부(20)및 상기 격벽부(20)의 중간부에서 다시 창짝쪽으로 수직중간벽부(30)이 형성되도록 입출하여, 한쌍의 창짝을 끼우게 되어 있는 창호부(A)와 벽체측에 앵커수단에 의해서 매설되는 매설부(b)를 구성하게 되어있다.
본 고안은 이러한 알미늄창틀의 매설부측 수직벽부(11)가 원래의 위치로부터 단면 내부측으로 형성하여, 격벽단부(21)를 형성시킨후, 상기 격벽단부(21)위에 절곡턱부(22)와 수직벽부(11)에서부터 돌출턱부(23)이 일체로 압출 성형하도록 함으로써 끼움홈부(24)가 형성되도록 하며, 상기 끼움홈부에 끼움돌부(41)가 일체로 형성되어 있는 카텐걸이를 끼워넣을수 있도록 한것이다.
이와 같이 구성된 본 고안은 알미늄창틀의 제2도에 도시된 바와 같이 끼움돌부(41)가 일체로 성형된 카텐걸이(40)를 창틀에 윗틀부분의 끼움홈부에 끼워넣어 전체 창틀을 조립한후 개구부 벽체에 상기 창틀을 고정시켜서 창호공사를 완료함과 동시에 카텐걸이가 부수적으로 창호의 윗틀에 부착 고정되도록 한것이다.
여기에서 굳이 카텐걸이를 창틀과 일체로 압출성형하지 아니하고 끼움홈부만을 성형토록하여 나중에 카텐걸이의 끼움돌부가 끼워지도록 구성하는 이유는 첫째, 일반적으로 알미늄 창호에 있어서, 선틀과 윗틀은 같은 단면형태를 가지는 고로 선틀에 쓰일때는 카텐걸이를 부착시킬 필요가 없기 때문이며, 둘째, 윗틀에 쓰인다고 하여도 카텐걸이가 필요치 아니한 경우는 카텐걸이를 역시 부착시킬 필요가 없기 때문이다.
또 본 고안의 카텐걸이에는 지지벽부(42)가 창틀에 맞닿는 측에 일체로 성형되어 카텐걸이에 카텐이 걸려져서 하중이 실리게 될경우 상기 카텐걸이를 충분히 지지해주는 역활을 할수도 있다.
이상에서 살펴본 바와 같이 본 고안은 알미늄창호로 창호공사를 마감하는 건축물에 카텐걸이를 창틀에 고정시킬 수 있도록 해줌으로써 카텐공사를 용이하게 해주는 매우 유용한 고안이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 평행한 한쌍의 수직벽부와 그 중간부에서 연결시켜주는 격벽부로서 창호부와 매설부를 형성하는 알미늄창틀에 있어서, 매설부측의 내측수직벽부를 안쪽으로 형성하여 단턱부를 형성하고, 상기 수직벽부에서 돌출되는 돌출턱부 및 상기 단턱부에서 돌출되는 절곡턱부로 카텐레일끼움홈부를 구성함을 특징으로 하는 카텐걸이홈부가 형성된 알미늄 창틀.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 끼움홈부에는 카텐레일의 끼움돌부가 형성되고 창틀축으로 지지벽부가 형성되어 더욱 견고히 지지될 수 있는 카텐레일이 끼워짐으로 특징으로 하는 카텐걸이홈부가 형성된 알미늄 창틀.
