Description
Claims (13)
- 수지 본체와 표피재로 구성되는 다층 성형 제품을 제조하는 방법으로서 다음의 단계들로 구성되는 방법. 암주형과 숫주형 사이에 표피재를 공급하는 단계와, 표피재와 암,수 주형중 하나와의 수지 용융체를 공급하는 단계와, 표피재와 주형들중 적어도 하나와의 사이에 갇힌 공기를 제거하면서 주형들을 닫아 수지용융체를 성형하는 단계.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 갇힌 공기가 표피재에 만들어진 핀 구멍을 통해 제거되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 갇힌 공기가 표피재에 만들어진 틈을 통해 제거되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 갇힌 공기가 암,수 주형중 적어도 하나에 끼워진 내열성 다공본재를 통해 제거되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 갇힌 공기가 암,수 주형중 적어도 내벽상에 형성된 슬릿을 통해 제거되는 방법.
- 암주형과 숫주형으로 구성되고, 수지 본체와 표피재로 구성되는 다층 성형제품을, 성형하는 주형으로서 상기 암,수 주형의 적어도 하나의 내벽의 적어도 일부분에 내열성 다공부재가 끼워지는 주형.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 내열성 다공부재와 소통하는 관통구멍을 더 포함하는 주형.
- 암주형과 숫주형으로 구성되고, 수지본체와 표피재로 구성되는 다층성형제품을 성형하는 주형으로서 상기 암,수 주형중 적어도 하나의 내벽상에 슬릿이 제공되는 주형.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 슬릿과 소통하는 관통구멍을 더 포함하는 주형.
- 암주형과 숫주형으로 구성되고 수지본체와 표피재로 구성되는 다층성형 제품을 성형하는 주형으로서, 상기 암,수 주형중 적어도 하나의 내벽면상에 핀을 갖는 주형.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 핀이 움직일 수 있게 부착되는 주형.
- 암주형과 숫주형으로 구성되고, 수지 본체와 표피재로 구성되는 다층 성형제품을 성형하는 주형으로서, 표피재와 접촉하는 암,수 주형중 적어도 하나의 내면상에 구멍이 제공되는 주형.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 구멍이 대기와 소통하는 관통 구멍인 주형.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
