Claims (14)

  1. 분산액중의 중합체 대추출제의 중량비가 1 : 20 내지 1 : 400의 범위내로 록 고압하에서 정계될 중합체를 포함하는 분산액과 추출제를 접촉시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 중합체내의 불순물 추출방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 중합체 분산액은 분산매중에서 중합체의 균일분산계인 중합체내의 불순물 추출방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서 중합체 분산액은 분산매중에서 중합체의 불균일 분산계인 중합체내의 불순물 추출방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 중합체의 불균일 분산계가 유화 중합공정이나 현탁중합 공정으로 부터 얻어지는 중합체 내의 불순물 추출방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 중합체는 폴리스닐렌, 아크릴로니트릴/스틸텐공중합체, 아크릴로니트릴/부타디엔삼중합체, 폴리메타크릴레이트, 폴리염화비닐, 폴리염화비틸리텐, 스틸렌/부타디엔, 또는 폴리부타디엔으로 부터 선택되는 중합체내의 불순물 추출방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 추출제는 이산화탄소, 산화이질소, 이황화탄소, 지방족 탄화수소, 할로겐족 탄화수소, 방향족 탄화수소, 및 그들의 혼합물로 구성된 군으로 부터 선택되는 중합체내의 불순물 추출방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 추출제는 초임계 상태에서 사용되는 중합체내의 불순물 추출방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 추출기내의 압력은 20 내지 500kg/cm2G의 범위인 중합체내의 불순물 추출방법.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 추출기의 온도는 정제되는 중합체의 연화점 이상인 중합체내의 불순물 추출방법.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 추출되는 휘발성 물질은 미반응의 단량체, 용제 또는 올리고머중에서 선택되는 중합체 내의 불순물 추출방법.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 추출기로서는 탱크형의 추출기가 사용되는 중합체내의 불순물 추출방법.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 추출기로서 다수개의 추출기가 병렬로 배열되는 중합체내의 불순물 추출방법.
  13. 제1항에 있어서, 추출기로서 다수개의 추출기가 직렬로 배열되는 중합체내의 불순물 추출방법.
  14. 제1항에 있어서, 분산액중의 중합체 대 추출제의 중량비가 1 : 50 내지 1 : 300의 범위인 중합체내의 불순물 추출방법.
