Claims (4)
- 차량의 브레이크 작동 유체회로중에 배치된 제동력 유지 밸브와, 차량의 운전상태에 의거하여 상기 제동력 유지 밸브를 작동 제어하는 전자 제어장치를 갖는 차량의 제동력 유지장치에 있어서, 차량에 탑재된 엔진의 회전수를 검출하는 수단과, 엔진의 운전을 제어하는 악셀 페달의 답입량을 검출하는 수단과, 상기 양 검출수단으로부터의 엔진 회전수 신호와 악셀 페달 답입량 신호에 따라 엔진부하를 검지하여, 상기 제동력 유지 밸브를 작동 제어하는 제어수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 제동력 유지장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제어수단은 엔진 무부하시에 있어서의 악셀 페달 답입량에 대한 엔진 회전수의 증가에 대응하여 변수를 설정한 제어맵을 기억하는 수단과, 그 변수와 악셀 페달의 답입량에 대한 엔진 회전수의 변화율과를 비교하는 수단과, 그 비교수단에 의해 상기 엔진 회전수 변화율이 상기 변수보다 적을 때, 엔진에 부하가 작용하였다고 판단하고, 상기 제동력 유지 밸브를 개방 제어하는 수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 제동력 유지장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제어수단은, 엔진의 부하상태에 있어서의 악셀 페달 답입량에 대한 엔진 회전수 영역을 설정한 제어맵을 기억하는 수단과, 상기 악셀 답입량 검출수단과 엔진 회전수 검출수단으로부터의 검출신호에 의거한 악셀 페달의 답입량에 대한 엔진 회전수가 상기 영역에 위치하는지의 여부를 판정하는 수단과, 그 판정수단에 의하여 악셀 페달의 답입량에 대한 엔진 회전수가 상기 영역내에 위치한다고 판정한때 엔진의 부하가 작용하였다고 판단하여 상기 제동력 유지 밸브를 개방 제어하는 수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 제동력 유지장치.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제동력 유지 밸브는 체크 밸브와 전자 개폐 밸브에 의해서 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 제동력 유지장치.
