Claims (6)
- 주요성분으로서 도자기 소지토 또는 세라믹 소지토를 함유한 슬립과 수지 에멀션을 혼합하여 생성된 세라믹 성형용 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수지 에멀션이 A) 카르복실-함유 단량체 0.1∼15중량% 및/또는 B) 다음 일반식 :으로 표시되는 치환 또는 비치환 카르바모일-함유 단량체 단위 0.1∼5중량%[상기식에서 R1과 R2는 동일하거나 다르며, 각각 수소원자 또는 메틸기를 나타내고, R2는 수소원자, C1∼C4알킬기 또는 다음 일반식 :CH2OR4으로 표시되는 히드록시메틸렌기이다.(상기식에서 R1는 수소원자 또는 C1∼C4알킬기를 나타낸다)] : 및 C) 상기 A) 및/또는 B)에 규정한 단량체와 공중한 가능한 하나 이상의 다른 단량체 단위 85∼99.9중량%으로 이루어진 공중합체의 수성 에멀션인 세라믹 성형용 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 다른 단량체가 히드록실-함유 단량체인 세라믹 성형용 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 수성 에멀션의 평균 방울임자가 0.05∼0.06인 세라믹 성형 조성물.
- 주요 성분으로서 도자기 소지토 또는 세라믹 소지토를 함유한 슬립과 수지 에멀션을 혼합하여 생성된 세라믹 성형용 조성물에 슬립구조, 지거링, 졸레잉 또는 도자기 활차를 행하는 것으로 되어 있는 세라믹 성형방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 수직 에멀션 A) 카르복실-함유 단량체 0.1∼15중량% 및/또는 B) 다음 일반식 :으로 표시되는 치환 또는 비치환 카르바모일-함유 단량체 단위 0.1∼5중량%[상기식에서 R1과 R2는 동일하거나 다르며, 각각 수소원자 또는 메틸기를 나타내고, R3는 수소원자, C1∼C4알킬기 또는 다음 일반식 :CH2OR4으로 표시되는 히드록시메틸렌 또는 알콕시메틸렌기이다(상기식에서 R4는 수소원자 또는 C1∼C4알킬기를 나타낸다)] : 및 C)상기 A) 및/또는 B)에 규정한 단량체와 공중합 가능한 하나 이상의 다른 단량체 단위 85∼99.9중량%으로 이루어진 공중합체의 수성 에멀션인 세라믹 성형방법.
