제화용 깔창

본 고안은 제화용 깔창에 관한것으로서 특히 사출성형으로 재료의 낭비를 막고 쿳숀층을 공간부로 형성하여 걸을 때 쿳숀층에서 공기가 분출되어 발냄새를 없애주며 외곽에 다수의 돌기를 돌설하여 지압의 효과를 얻을 수 있도록 하고 제화작업시 제조공정을 줄여 작업능률을 향상시키는데 그 목적이 있다.
종래 사용되는 제화용 깔창은 반깔창으로서 장기간 사용할 때 구두바닥의 발가락 부위가 쉽게 떨어지며 공기의 유통이 원활치못해 발냄새, 무좀 등의 원인이 되었고 별도의 쿳숀고무를 본드로 부착해야 함으로서 작업능률이 저조해짐은 물론 깔창을 제작시에 원단을 형틀에 의해 도려냄으로서 원단의 손실이 많은 문제점이 있었다.
본 고안은 이와같은 문제점을 해결하기 위해 깔창을 구두 바닥 저면에 얹혀지게 형성하고 뒷굽부위에 다수의 돌기과 공간부로 구성되는 쿳숀층을 형성시킨 것으로서 첨부도면에 의거 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
즉 제 1 도에서 보는 바와같이 깔창(1)의 전반부와 뒷굽부위에 다수의 통공(3)(3')(2)(2')을 천공하여 저면(1')에 공기유통로(4)를 형성하고, 다수의 돌기(5)(5')와 영구자석(6)이 돌설되고 가장자리 부위에 요입부(7)와 공기유통로(8)가 형성된 지압판체(9)의 돌기(5)(5')를 깔창(1)의 뒷굽부위에 천공된 각 통공(2)(2')으로 돌출되게 삽입고정한 구조이다.
도면의 미설명부호 (10)은 부착부위이다.
이와같이 구성된 본 고안은 구두의 내부바닥 전면에 얹히도록하여 사용되는 것으로서 구두를 신고 걸으면 깔창(1) 뒷부분에 돌설된 영구자석(6)과 돌기(5)(5')에 의해 지압의 효과를 얻을 수 있으며 지압판체(9)의 요입부(7)가 공기층이 형성되어 쿳숀역할을 하면서 공기유통로(4)(8)를 통해 깔창(1) 전반부에 천공된 통공(3)(2')으로 공기를 분출하여 발을 건조하게 함으로서 발냄새 제거는 물론 무좀을 방지하는데 큰 효과가 있으며 별도의 쿳숀고무에 본드칠을 하여 접착하는 공정을 없애주고 깔창(1)을 구두바닥 전면에 얹어 사용되게 함으로서 구두바닥 전반부가 떨어지는 폐단이 없으며 또한 사출에 의한 제작으로 재료의 낭비를 방지한 실용적인 가치가 있는 유용한 고안인 것이다.

  1. 깔창(1)의 저면에 공기유통로(4)를 요설하고 전후반부에 다수의 통공(3)(3')(2)(2')을 천공하며 다수의 돌기(5)(5')와 영구자석(6)이 돌설되고 가장자리에 요입부(7)와 공기유통로(8)가 형성된 지압판체(9)를 깔창(1)의 뒷굽부위의 각통공(2)(2')으로 돌출되게 삽착한 것을 특징으로 하는 제화용 깔창.
