Description
Claims (8)
- 제1 및 제2의 리이드 선(1, 2)를 갖는 박막 도통 전도체(3)과 접지 리이드선(4)를 갖는 박막 접지도체(5), 상기 양 도체의 사이에 유전체 시트(6)를 형성하여 환형으로 감겨져 있는 상기 양도체를 포함하는 분포 정수형 노이즈 필터에 있어서, 상기 박막 도통 전도체(3)의 상기 제1의 리이드 선(1)과 상기 박막 접지도체(5)의 상기 접지 리이드 선(4)는 서로 근접하여 있고 1/4∼3/4회전 이동시켜서 상기 제1 및 접지 리이드(1, 4)와 상기 제2의 리이드선(2)를 직선상으로 배치하는 노이즈 필터.
- 특허청구의 범위 제1항에 있어서, 상기 접지 리이드 선(4)는 상기 제1 및 제2의 리이드 선(1, 2)사이에 위치하는 노이즈 필터.
- 특허청구의 범위 제1항에 있어서, 상기 접지도체(5)의 폭은 상기 박막 도통 전도체(3)의 폭보다 넓게 선택되는 노이즈 필터.
- 제1 및 제2의 리이드 선(1, 2)를 갖는 박막 도통 전도체(3)과 접지 리이드선(4)를 갖는 박막 접지 도체(5), 상기 양도체의 사이에 유전체 시트(6)을 형성하여 환형으로 감겨져 있는 상기 양도체를 포함하는 노이즈 필터에 있어서, 상기 접지 리이드 선(4)는 상기 제1의 리이드 선(1) 근처에 접속되어 있으나 상기 접지 리이드 선과 상기 제1의 리이드 선 사이의 거리를 상기 제1의 리이드 선과 상기 제2의 리이드 선(2)사이의 거리의 2.5%로 분리되어 형성되는 노이즈 필터.
- 박막 도통 전도체(3)의 제1의 리이드 선(1)과 박막 접지도체(5)의 접지 리이드 선(4)를 접속하는 공정, 상기 제1 및 접지 리이드 선(1,4)를 1/4∼3/4회전 분리시켜서 감는 축 주위에 상기 양 도체와 유전체시트(6)를 감는 공정, 제1 또는 접지 리이드 선(1,4)와 상기 감는축 중심의 연장선 상 또는 그 근처에 상기 박막 도통전도체(3)의 제2의 리이드 선(2)를 접속하는 공정, 상기 연장선에 대하여 수직 방향으로 감긴 것을 압축하여 상기 제1, 제2 및 접지 리이드 선을 직선상으로 배열하는 공정을 포함하는 노이즈 필터의 제조방법.
- 특허청구의 범위 제5항에 있어서 또, 감긴 부분을 에폭시 또는 다른 수지로 코팅하는 공정을 포함하는 노이즈 필터의 제조 방법.
- 박막 도통 전도체(3)의 제1의 리이드 선(1)과 박막 접지도체(5)의 접지 리이드선(4)를 접속하는 공정, 상기 제1 및 접지 리이드 선(1, 4)를 1/2회전 분리시켜서 감는축 주위의 상기 양 도체와 그 사이의 유전체 시트(6)을 감는 공정, 상기 제1 및 접지 리이드 선(1, 4)을 갖는 연장선 근처 또는 위에 상기 박막 도통 전도체(3)의 제2의 리이드 선(2)를 접속하는 공정을 포함하는 노이즈 필터의 제조 방법.
- 특허청구의 범위 제5항에 있어서, 상기 제2의 리이드 선(2)는 상기 제1의 리이드 선(1)과 상기 감는축 중심의 연장선상 근처에 접속되는 노이즈 필더의 제조 방법.
