제1도는 본 발명의 니트로페놀 제조방법을 연속적으로 수행하기 위한 장치를 나타낸다.
Claims (6)
- 정상 상태에서, -540 중량%의 질산, 질산 중량에 대하여 540중량% 비율의 아질산 및 매체 내에 그 용해도 한계까지의 니트로페놀을 필수적으로 포함하는 반응 혼합물을 함유하는 밀폐 교반 반응기 속에 페놀 1몰당 질산 약 0.52.0몰의 비율로 페놀 및 질산을 연속적으로 도입하고, -반응기 내의 온도를 10℃약 40℃로 유지하고, -파라-니트로페놀/오르토-니트로페놀 이성질체 비가 55/45 이상인 파라-니트로페놀과 오르토-니트로페놀을 필수적으로 포함하는, 수성 매체 내에서의 니트로페놀의 연속적 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 반응기 내의 자생 압력이 0.1MPa∼1MPa 및 바람직하게는 0.1MPa∼0.5MPa인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 반응 혼합물의 수성층 내에서의 질산의 농도가 1025 중량 37%인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 반응 혼합물의 수성층 내에서의 아질산/질산 중량비가 10%20%인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 반응 혼합물의 온도가 15℃약 30℃로 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 도입되는 페놀에 대한 질산의 몰비가 0.91.5인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
