본 고안은 자물쇠의 해정을 키 이외의 물건으로 자물쇠가 해정되는 것을 방지하고 키에 의해서만 해정될 수 있도록 구성한 자물쇠 해정 보호 장치에 관한 것이다.
통상 자물쇠는 키의 단턱부 또는 상면요입부가 다수개의 출몰핀을 늘러 회동봉의 회전을 원활하게 하여 회동봉이 회동되게 됨에 따라 쇄정간을 잡아주던 볼이 이탈되면서 쇄정간이 해정되도록 되어 있는 구성으로 되어 있다.
그러나 현재 구성되어 있는 모든 자물쇠는 출몰핀이 키이외의 다른 물건등에 의하여 열리는 것을 방지하기 위한 구성이 없었기 때문에 톱날 또는 핀 등으로 키홈에 넣고 좌우로 움직인다.
회동봉을 회전시키게 되며 자물쇠가 쉽게 해정되는 경우 및 고장이 나는 수가 빈번하였다.
본 고안은 상기 나열한 결합을 방지하기 위하여 키이외의 다른 물건이 키홈이 삽입될 수 없는 출몰핀 보호턱을 형성하도록 구성된 것으로서 이를 첨부된 도면에 의하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
자물쇠 동체(1) 중앙에 원통공(2)을 형성하여 키삽입 절결홈(3)을 형성한 회동봉(4)을 삽설하고 회동봉(4)의 상부에 괘지홈(5)을 형성하며 자물쇠동체(1)에 삽지시킨 괘지핀(6)이 괘지되게 하고 회동봉(4)의 상하부에는 출몰핀(7)의 삽입공(8)을 뚫어 출몰핀(7)을 삽설한 통상의 것에 있어서 회동봉(4)의 절결홈(3) 내부에 출몰핀(7)의 좌우측에 위치하도록 출몰핀 보호돌기(9), (10)을 형성하여서 된 것이다.
미설명부호 11은 키, 12는 키에 형성된 보호돌기가 삽입되는 절결홈, 13은 역 "U"형 쇄정간, 14는 출몰핀(7)을 쉽게 밀어 올리도록 키(11) 전방에 형성된 경사턱이다.
이상과 같이 된 본 고안의 작용 효과를 설명하면 다음과 같다.
키(11)에 형성된 절결홈(12)에 회동봉(4)의 출몰핀(7)의 보호돌기(9), (10)가 삽입되면서 키가 자물쇠동체(1)로 삽입되어 자물쇠를 해정(이때 해정되는 구조는 종래의 구성과 동일 구성을 갖는다)시키는 간단한 구성으로서 키(11)이 절결홈(12)과 출몰핀(7)의 보호돌기(9)가 일치가 되어야만이 키가 회동봉(4)의 절결홈(3) 내부로 삽입될 수 있도록 항 키(11)이외의 다른 물건은 키 삽입 절결홈(3)에 형성된 보호돌기(9)에 걸려 삽입될 수 없도록 하여 종래와 같이 다른 물건을 키삽입 절결홈에 삽입시켜 회동봉(4)을 무리한 힘으로 회동시켜 자물쇠의 고장이 유발하던 것이 방지되어 자물쇠를 안전성 및 수명이 긴 이점이 있는 것이다.

  1. 자물쇠 동체(1) 중앙에 원 통공(2)을 형성하여 키 삽입 절결홈(3)을 형성한 회동봉(4)을 삽설하고 회동봉(4)의 상부에 괘지홈(5)을 형성하여 자물쇠 동체(1)에 삽지시킨 괘지핀(6)이 괘지되게 하고 주위에는 출몰핀(7)의 삽입공(8)을 뚫어 출몰핀(7)을 삽설한 통상의 것에 있어서, 회동봉(4)의 절결홈(3) 내부에 출몰핀 보호돌기(9), (10)을 형성하고 키(11)에는 출몰핀 보호돌기(9), (10)가 삽입되도록 키(11)에 절결홈(12)을 형성한 자물쇠 해정 보호 장치.
