프리마이신의 안정한 수용액, 이 수용액을 함유한 약학적 및 미용조성물 및 이들의 제조방법

Claims (5)

  1. 제조하고자 하는 용액의 부피에 대해 산출할 때 프리마이신 슬페이트 0.5 내지 1.75 질량/부피% 또는 프리마이신과 N-메틸피롤리돈의 착화물 2.5 내지 9질량/부피% 및 피로글루탐산, 바람직하게는 L-피로글루탐산 또는 그의 가용성염, 바람직하게는 소듐염 2 내지 15 질량/부피%, 및 제조하고자 하는 용액의 부피에 대해 산출할 때 이소프로판을 40 내지 60 부피%, 뿐만아니라 전체 100%가 되도록 보충되는 양의 물을 함유함을 특징으로하는, 안정한 프리마이신 수용액.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 약학적으로 허용가능한 첨가제를 함유한 L-피로글루탐산 조성물의 형태로 L-피로글루탐산을 함유한 프리마이신 수용액.
  3. 제1 또는 2항에 따른 프리마이신 용액을, 임의적으로는 약학적으로 허용가능한 보조제, 필요하다면 다른 비-상승치료활성성분, 적합한 박리 및/또는 소염제와의 혼합물로 함유함을 특징으로하는, 주로 국소처리를 위한 약학 또는 소독미용 조성물.
  4. 제조하고자 하는 용액의 부피에 대해 산출할 때 프리마이신 술페이트 0.5 내지 1.75 질량/부피% 또는 프리마이신과N-메틸-피롤리돈의 착화물 2.5 내지 9질량/부피% 및 피로글루탐산, 바람직하게는 N-피로글루탐산 또는 그의 가용성 염, 바람직하게는 소듐염 2 내지 15질량/부피%를, 제조하고자 하는 용액의 부피에 대해 산출할 때 이소프로판을 40 내지 60 부피%중에 교반 및 가열하면서 현탁시키고, 이어서 물로 바람직한 농도로 희석시킨후, 수득된 밀크상 현탁액을 교반하고 냉각시키는 것으로 이루어짐을 특징으로하는, 안정한 프리마이신 수용액의 제조방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 40 내지 60℃의 온도에서 교반하면서 현탁액을 제조하는 방법.
