Claims (9)
- 비철금속의 야금처리를 위한 탱크화로(tank furnace)로서, 콘테이닝 벨트(containing belt)를 형성하는 금속구조물이 놓이는 외각의 금속판 조립체 위에 얹혀지는 역 아아치형인 사각형 화상(hearth)과, 측벽 및 내화재의 속조구조물로된 둥근지붕으로 구성되어 있어서, 역아아치형의 화상이 놓여져 있는 수평으로 움직일 수 있으며, 일련의 탄성부재 또는 반동스프링에 의하여 화상에 대하여 압축된 상태로 유지되며, 반동스프링이 화로를 위한 외부 지지프레임을 형성하는 격자 구조물의 수직부재에 대해 접하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 탱크화로.
- 제1항에 있어서, 판조립체가 외측프레임의 바닥에 힌지바아(hinged bar)에 의해 지지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 탱크화로.
- 1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 화로의 화상이 열련의 가로지르는 새들(saddle)에 놓여있고 밑바닥으로부터 윗쪽으로 순차적으로 금속의 역아치구조물, 흑연벽돌로된 영구층, 금속밀봉판 및 내화벽돌로된 마모층들로 구성되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 탱크화로.
- 제3항에 있어서, 금속역아치 구조물에 냉각매체, 가급적으로 강제송풍이 통하는 길이방향의 냉각덕트가 갖추어진 것을 특징으로 하는 탱크화로.
- 제1항에 있어서, 콘테이닝 벨트(containing belt)를 형성하는 금속구조물이 강제로된 평행사변형을 형성하기 위하여 견고하게 함께 연결된 속이 비어있는 4각기둥 또는 박스-판넬{box-panel)형의 금속블럭으로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 탱크화로.
- 제5항에 있어서, 속이비어 있는 4각기둥으로 되어 있는 금속블럭에 고압수가 통하는 냉각덕트가 제공된 것을 특징으로 하는 탱크화로.
- 제5항에 있어서, 콘테이닝 벨트를 형성하는 금속구조물이 외각의 판조립체에 대해서 가급적 흑연가스캡의 방법으로 수평으로 자유롭게 미끄러지도록 놓이고, 전술한 콘테이닝 벨트는 화로에 대해 외측지지프레임을 형성하는 격자구조물에 스페이서에 의해서 제자리에 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 탱크화로.
- 전술한 항들중 하나나 그 이상의 항에 있어서, 측벽이 외측지지 프레임의 구조물에 연결된 격자에 의해서 지지되는 내화 석조건조물을 포함하고, 이 석조건조물은 콘테이닝 벨트 위에 얹혀지지 않고 상대적으로 자유로이 팽창할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 탱크화로.
- 전술한 항들중 하나나 그 이상의 항에 있어서, 가마가 세부분으로 구분되어 그 첫번째부분은 가스배출용으로 사용되고, 두번째 부분은 광석의 배소와 환원용으로 사용되고 세번째 부분은 산화물 환원의 전기-열적(electrothennal) 완결을 위해 사용하며, 전술한 세부분은 높이가 조절되는 수직칸막이에 의해서 분리되는데, 이것의 첫번째 칸막이는 가스상의 흐름을 조절하기 위하여 위의 먼저 언급된 두 영역을 구분하고, 두번째 칸막이는 위의 나중에 언급된 두부분을 구분하며, 칸막이는 용융중탕속에 잠겨지도록 되어 있어서 제1부분 위의 가스분위기와 제3부분위의 가스분위기를 분리시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 탱크화로.
