Description
제 1 도는 본 발명의 도장에 사용되는 구슬 흡착판의 사시도.
제 2 도는 제1도의 a-a선 단면도.

제 7 도는 도장된 구슬 흡착판을 뒤집고 다른 흡착판에 도장된 구슬을 옮겨 붙인 상태도.
본 발명은 인조 진주 구슬을 제조 하기 위한 합성 수지제 구슬에 진주박 염출용액을 도장하는 방법에 관한 것이다.
종래 악세서리용 구슬의 도장방법(특허공보 제1123호 공고번호 85-1773호)에 있어서는 유리판이나 면이고른 판체의 일측면에 접착면을 형성하여 접착면 위에 다공판을 얹져 각각의 구멍을 통해 구슬이 끼워져 접착면에 접착시킨 다음 염출용액에 구슬을 침지시켜 도장, 건조하고 이를 구슬 외경의 3분의 1정도 굴리면서 도장 부분이 접착면으로 가게하고 도장되지 않은 부분을 염출용액에 침지 시켜 도장하고 다시 구슬 외경의 3분의 1정도 굴려서 3차 도장하여 구슬의 표면에 염출용액을 도장한 방법이다.
이러한 종래의 방법은 판체에 형성된 접착면을 수시로 재형성하여야 하는 불편과 생산 비용이 많이드는 결점이 있었고, 구슬을 인위적으로 굴려야 하는 작업상의 번거로움으로 인하여 량산상의 문제점이 있었다.
이와같은 종래의 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 본 발명은 철판으로 진공판체를 형성한 일측면에 고무판을 접착하고, 이에 구슬보다 작은 소공을 일정한 간격으로 천공한 흡착판으로 구슬을 흡착, 도장하는 방법이다.
이를 첨부된 도면에 의하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
직사각형 철판으로 용접 구성한 흡착판(1)의 일측면에 고무판(2)을 접착하고 고무판(2)과 흡착판(1)을 관통하는 구슬보다 작은 소공(3),(3)')을 일정한 간격으로 천공하고 흡착판(1)의 일측에 진공 탱크로 연결되는 호오스의 연결부(4)를 형성된 구슬 흡착판(5)을 다수 제작한다.
이와같이 구성된 흡착판(1)의 연결부(4)에 진공탱크로 연결된 호오스를 연결하여 공기를 빨아 들이는 상태에서 구슬이 담겨진 그릇에 넣고 빼면 소공(3),(3')이 있는 곳에만 구슬이 흡착되어 있게된다. 이때, 진주박 염출용액통에 4분지 3정도 침지시켜 건조시킨 다음 동일한 흡착판을 그 위에 대고 구슬을 옮겨 붙이면 도장된 부분은 소공으로 가고 도장되지 않은 부분은 밖으로 나와있게 된다. 이를 상기한 바와 같은 진주박 염출용액통에 2차 침지 시키면 구슬전체가 도장되는 것이다.

- 일측면에 고무판이 접착된 흡착판에 구슬보다 작은 소공을 일정한 간격으로 천공한 구슬 흡착판을 형성하여 진공 호오스를 연결하여 구슬을 진공 흡입력으로 흡착한 상태에서 진주박 염출용액에 침지하고 다시 다른 구슬 흡착판에 구슬을 옮겨 붙여서 2차 도장함을 특징으로하는 합성수지제구슬의 도장방법.
