Claims (5)
- 일반식(II)의 옥시란을 희석제의 존재하 및 염기의 존재하에서 일반식(III)의 1,2,4-트리아졸과 반응시킴을 특징으로 하여, 일반식(I)의 치환된 1-히드록시에틸-트리아졸릴 유도체 또는 그의 염을 제조하는 방법.상기식에서, R은 탄소수 1 내지 4의 직쇄 또는 측쇄알킬을 나타내거나, 탄소수 3 내지 7의 시클로알킬, 페닐, 할로겐-치환된 페닐을 나타내거나,또는를 나타내고 ; R1은 수소 또는 할로겐을 나타내며; R2는 할로겐을 나타내고 ; R3는 각각의 경우에 1개 내지 4개의 탄소원자를 갖는 알콕시 또는 알킬티오를 나타내며 ; n은 0,1 또는 2를 나타내고 ; X는 -OCH2-,-SCH2-,-(CH2)p- 또는 -CH=CH-를 나타내고, Y는 -CO-Y1, -C(OR4)2-Y1또는를 나타내거나, -C(Y1)=N-OY2를 나타내며 ; Y1은 수소, 탄소수 1 내지 4의 알킬, 페닐, 할로겐-치환된 페닐 또는 벤질을 나타내고 ; Y2는 수소, 탄소수 1 내지 4의 직쇄 또는 측쇄알킬, 탄소수 2 내지 6의 알케닐, 탄소수 3 내지 7의 시클로알킬, 벤질 또는 할로겐-치환된 벤질을 나타내며 ; R4는 탄소수 1 내지 4의 알킬을 나타내고 : q는 2 또는 3을 나타내며 ; z는 할로겐을 나타내거나, 각각의 경우에 1개 2 내지 4개의 탄소원자를 갖는 알킬, 알콕시 또는 알킬티오를 나타내거나, 각각의 경우에 1개 또는 2개의 탄소원자 및 1개 내지 5개의 동일하거나 상이한 할로겐원자를 갖는 할로게노알킬, 할로게노알콕시 또는 할로게노알킬티오를 나타내고 ; m은 0,1 또는 2를 나타내며 ; p는 0,1 또는 2를 나타내고 ; M은 수소 또는 알칼리 금속을 나타낸다.
- 제1항에 있어서, R이 3급-부틸 또는 이소부틸이거나, 시클로프로필, 시클로펜틸 또는 시클로헥실이거나, 페닐이거나, 불소 염소에 의해 치환된 페닐, 또는(CH2)n-R3이고, R1은 수소. 불소 또는 염소이며, R2는 불소 또는 염소이고, R3는 메톡시, 에톡시, 메틸티오, 에틸티오이며, n이 0, 1 또는 2이고, X가 -OCH2-,-SCH2-,-(CH2)p또는-CH=CH-이며, Y가-CO-Y1,-C(Y1)=N-OY2또는 이고, Y1은 수소, 메틸, 에틸 또는 이소프로필, 페닐이거나, 불소, 염소에 의해 치환된 페닐이며 ; Y2는 수소, 메틸, 에틸, n-프로필, n-부틸 또는 알릴이거나, 페닐이거나, 불소 또는 염소에 의해 치환된 벤질이고, R4가 메틸, 에틸 또는 프로필이고 ; q는 2 또는 3이며, z가 불소, 염소, 브롬, 메틸, 메톡시, 메틸티오, 트리플루오로메틸, 트리플루오로메톡시 또는 트리플루오로메틸티오이고 ; m은 0,1 또는 2이며 ; p가 0,1 또는 2인 일반식(I)의 화합물을 제조하는 방법.
- 일반식(IV)의 트리아졸릴메틸-옥시란을 희석제의 존재하 및 염기의 존재하에서 일반식(V)의 (티오)페놀과 반응시킴을 특징으로 하여, 일반식(I)의 치환된 1-히드록시에틸-트리아졸릴 유도체 또는 그의 염을 제조하는 방법.상기식에서, R은 탄소수 1 내지 4의 직쇄 또는 측쇄알킬을 나타내거나, 탄소수 3 내지 7의 시클로알킬, 폐닐, 할로겐-치환된 페닐을 나타내거나,또는를 나타내고 ; R1은 수소 또는 할로겐을 나타내며 ; R2는 할로겐을 나타내고 ; R3는 각각의 경우에 1개 내지 4개의 탄소원자를 갖는 알콕시 또는 알킬티오를 나타내며 ; n은 0,1 또는 2를 나타내고 ; X는 -OCH2-,-SCH2-,-(CH2)p- 또는 -CH=CH-를 나타내고 ; Y는 -CO-Y1, -C(OR4)2-Y1또는를 나타내거나, -C(Y1)=N-OY2를 나타내며 ; Y1은 수소, 탄소수 1 내지 4의 알킬, 페닐, 할로겐-치환된 페닐 또는 벤질을 나타내고 ; Y2는 수소, 탄소수 1 내지 4의 직쇄 또는 측쇄알킬, 탄소수 2 내지 6의 알케닐, 탄소수 3 내지 7의 시클로알킬, 벤질 또는 할로겐-치환된 벤질을 나타내며 ; R4는 탄소수 1 내지 4의 알킬을 나타내고 : q는 2 또는 3을 나타내며 ; z는 할로겐을 나타내거나, 각각의 경우에 1개 2 내지 4개의 탄소원자를 갖는 알킬, 알콕시 또는 알킬티오를 나타내거나, 각각의 경우에 1개 또는 2개의 탄소원자 및 1개 내지 5개의 동일하거나 상이한 할로겐 원자를 갖는 할로게노알킬, 할로게노알콕시 또는 할로게노알킬티오를 나타내고 ; m은 0,1 또는 2를 나타내며 ; p는 0,1 또는 2를 나타내고 ; X1은 수소 또는 황을 나타낸다.
