Claims (8)
- (I) (A) (1) 에폭사이드 당량 111 내지 350의 2가 페놀의 디글리시딜 에테르와 (2) 성분(A-1)에 함유된 에폭사이드 당량당 0.001 내지 0.05 당량의 양으로 에폭사이드 그룹과 반응하는 그룹 및 중합가능한 에틸렌성 불포화 그룹을 함유하는 화합물의 반응생성물 ; 및 (B) (1) 성분 (A), (B) 및 (C)의 총중량의 31 내지 60중량%인 적어도 하나의 비닐 방향족 모노머 ; (2) 성분(A-1)에 함유된 에폭사이드 당량당 0.001 내지 0.05 당량의 양으로 에폭사이드 그룹과 반응하는 그룹 및 중합가능한 에틸렌성 불포화 그룹을 함유하는 화합물 ; 및 임의로 (3) 성분(B-1) 내지 (B-3)의 총중량을 기준으로 하여 0 내지 15중량%의 하이드록시알킬 아크릴레이트 또는 메타크릴레이트 또는 알킬 아크릴레이트 또는 메타크리레이트를 함유하는 모노머 공급물질(feed)을 촉매량의 적합한 중합촉매의 존재하에 중합화시키고 ; (II) (C) 생성된 중합생성물을 성분(A-1)에 함유된 에폭사이드 당량당 0.125 내지 0.80 하이드록실 당량의 2가페놀과 촉매량의 적합한 개선된 촉매 존재하에 개선시켜 생성된 생성물을 포함하는 개선된 에폭시 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, (i) 성분(A-2)가 에폭사이드 당량당 0.05 내지 0.025당량을 제공하는 양으로 존재하고 ; (ii) 성분(B-1)이 성분(A), (B) 및 (C)의 총중량을 기준으로 하여 35 내지 45중량%를 제공하는 양으로 존재하며 ; (iii) 성분(B-2)가 성분(A-1)중에 함유된 에폭사이드 당량당 0.005 내지 0.025 당량을 제공하는 양으로 존재하고 ; (iv) 성분(B-3)가 성분(B-1) 및 (B-3)의 총중량을 기준으로 하여 1 내지 5중량%를 제공하는 양으로 존재하며 ; (v) 성분(C)가 성분(A-1)중에 함유된 에폭사이드 당량당 0.375 내지 0.50 하이드록실 당량을 제공하는 양으로 존재하는 개선된 에폭시 수지 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, (i) 성분(I-A-1)이 하기 일반식(I) 또는 (II)로 나타낸 화합물 또는 이 화합물의 혼합물이고 ; (ii) 성분(I-A-2)가 아크릴산 또는 메타크릴산이며 ; (iii) 성분(I-B-1)이 하기 일반식(III)으로 나타낸 화합물 또는이 화합물의 혼합물이고 ; (iv) 성분(I-B-2)가 아크릴산 또는 메타크릴산이며 ; (v) 성분(I-B-3)가 존재하는 경우, 하기 일반식(IV)로 나타낸 화합물 또는 화합물의 혼합물이고 ; (vi) 성분(I-B-3)가 존재하는 경우, 하기 일반식(IV)로 나타낸 화합물 또는 화합물의 혼합물이고 ; (vi) 성분(II-C)가 하기 일반식(V) 및 (VI)로 나타낸 화합물 또는 이 화합물의 혼합물인 개선된 에폭시 수지 조성물 ;
- 제3항에 있어서, (i) 성분(I-A-1)이 비스페놀 A의 디글리시딜에테르이고 ; (ii) 성분(I-A-B)가 메타크릴산이며 ; (iii) 성분(I-B-1)이 스티렌이고 ; (iv) 성분(I-B-2)가 메타크릴산이며 ; (v) 성분(I-B-3)가 존재하는 경우, 하이드록시프로필 아크릴레이트 또는 라우릴 메타크릴레이트 또는 그의 혼합물이고 ; (vi) 성분(II-C)가 비스페놀 A인 개선된 에폭시 수지 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 4항중 어느 하나의 개선된 에폭시 수지 조성물(A) 및 상기 개선된 에폭시 수지 조성물을 위한 유효량의 적합한 경화제(B)를 포함하는 열경화성 분말 피복 제형.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 경화제가 디시안디아미드인 열경화성 분말 피복 제형.
- 제6항에 있어서, 경화제용 촉진제가 존재하는 열경화성 분말 피복 제형.
- 제7항에 있어서, 촉진제가 2-메틸이미다졸인 열경화성 분말 피복 제형.
