Description

다목적 작업대
제 1 도는 본 고안의 분리 사시도.
제 2-4 도는 본 고안의 사용 설명도.
본 고안은 철구조물 제작시 몇개의 전문 가공품을 능률적이며 손쉽게 수행할 수 있는 다목적 작업대에 관한 것이다.
즉, 몇개의 전문가공품이란 핸드 그립(HAND GRIP), 푸팅그램프(FOOTING CRAMP), 코밍(COAMING)등을 말하는데 종래 이러한 가공품은 모두 단순 연속작업이나 그냥 바닥에 용접함으로서 작업이 불편하고 시간이 많이 소요될 뿐 아니라 작업자에게 피로를 크게하고 작업이 일련적으로 진행되지 않으며 단순작업을 혼자 수행할 수도 없는 것이다.
본 고안은 몇가지 연속작업의 전문가공품에 대한 작업대를 구성함으로서 상기 제결점을 해소한 것으로서 그 요지를 첨부도면에 의하여 설명하면 다음과 같다.
밑판(1) 위에 축관(2)를 세우고 그 안에 기둥(3)을 끼워 보울트(4)로 고정시키고 기둥(3) 상단에 베어링(5)로서 회전 작업판(6)을 설치하고 회전작업판(6)에는홈(7)과홈(8)을 뚫으며 이것과형 측면 받침구(9)(9') 및 높이가 조절되는형 저면 받침구(10)로서 작업대를 구성 하는 것이다.
이와같이된 본 고안은 선박의 선실과 선실 사이의 전선의 통로로 사용되는 코밍 용접작업은 제2도와 같이 홈(7)(8)에 측면받침구(10)를 설치하여 그 사이에 용접모재를 끼워 고정시키고 용접하면 쉽고 정확하게 용접할 수 있는 것이며 작업자의 체격에 따라 보울트(4)를 풀고 기둥(3)을 축관(3)을 축관(2)에 승강시켜 작업높이를 조절하거나 회전작업판(6)을 돌리면 베어링(5)으로 인하여 쉽게 회전됨으로 작업방향을 조절할 수 있느 것이다.
또한 핸드그립에 패드를 부착하는 작업은 제3도와 같이 양쪽에 측면 받침구(9)(9')로서 받치고 저면에서 저면 받침구(10)을 높이를 조절하면서 받쳐 작업을 수행하며 푸팅크램프작업은 제4도와 같이 홈(7)에 크램프 돌조를 끼워넣어 안정시켜 놓고 보울트를 용접할 수 있어서 까다로운 용접도 쉽게 수행할 수 있는 것이다.
그러므로 본 고안은 단순하나 대량 제작해야되는 여러가지 전문 가공품을 쉽고 정확하게 용접할 수 있어서 생산성이 향상되고 작업자에게 피로를 경감 시키는 등 작업 조조치구로서 보급할 수 있는 것이다.

  1. 밑판(1) 위에 축관(2)을 세우고 이에 기둥(3)을 끼우며 그 위에 회전작업판(6)을 축설하고 회전작업판(6)에홈(7)과홈(8)을 뚫으며 이것과형 측면 받침구(9)(9') 및형 저면받침구(10)으로서 구성하는 다목적 작업대.
