Claims (8)
- 복수의 튜우브(1)가 병렬형상으로 배치됨과 아울러, 인접한 튜우브 사이에 쿨 게이트 핀(2)이 배치되고, 또한 각 튜우브(1)의 양쪽끝이 한쌍의 중공헤더(3),(4)에 연통 접속되어 있고, 헤더내부가 간막이로 됨에 의하여, 전기한 튜우브에 의해서 구성되는 냉매통로(12)가 입구쪽 통로군(A)과 출구쪽 통로군(C)을 내포하는 최소한 2개이상의 통로군으로 구획되어서, 냉매가 최소한 1회이상 S자모양으로 나아가 유통하도록 구성됨과 아울러, 전기한 출구측 통로군(C)의 통로단면적이 입축측 통로군(A)의 통로단면적의 30 내지 60%로 설정되어 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 응축기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 전기한 출구측 통로군(C)의 통로단면적이 입구측 통로군(A)의 통로단면적의 35 내지 50%로 설정되어 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 응축기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 전기한 통로군의 수가 2 내지 5로 설정되어 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 응축기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 전기한 튜우브(1)가, 튜우브 폭 : 6 내지 20mm, 튜우브 높이 : 1.5 내지 7 mm, 튜우브의 냉미 통로 높이 ; 1.0mm이상으로 규제됨과 아울러, 전기한 쿨 게이트 핀(2)이, 핀 높이 ; 6 내지 16mm, 핀 피치 : 1.6 내지 4.0 mm로 규제되어서 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 응축기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 전기한 튜우브(1)가 튜우브 폭 : 6 내지 16mm, 튜우브 높이 : 1.5 내지 5mm, 튜우브내의 냉매 통로 높이 : 1.0mm 이상으로 규제됨과 아울러, 전기한 쿨 게이트 핀(2)이 핀 높이 : 8 내지 16mm, 핀 피치 1.6 내지 3.2mm으로 규제되어서 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 응축기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서 전기한 튜우브(1)가, 튜우브 폭 10 내지 14mm, 튜우브 높이 : 2.5 내지 4mm, 튜우브의 냉매 통로 높이 : 1.5 내지 2.0mm로 규제됨과 아울러, 전기한 쿨 게이트 핀(2)이, 핀 높이 : 8 내지 12mm, 핀피치 : 2.0 내지 3.2mm로 규제되어서 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 응축기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 쿨 게이트 핀(2)은, 그 벽면에 루우버(2a)가 잘려 일으키게 된 것을 특징으로 하는 응축기
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 튜우브(1)은 단면이 타원형상인 알루미늄 다공 편평압출형재(多孔偏平押出型材)로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 응축기.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
