Claims (9)
- 강철 콘테이너의 내면을 바나딘산염의 수용액으로 가열 처리하여 콘테이너 내면을 바나딘산염의 수용액으로 가열 처리하여 콘테이너 내면에 방부식층을 형성시키고 상기 바나딘산염의 수용액을 콘테이너 밖으로 배출시킨후 순수한 물에 알칼리금속이나 알칼리토류 금속을 함유하지 않는 알칼리화 pH조정제를 첨가하여 pH를 8-12로 조정한 작동액을 콘테이너 내에 밀봉하는 것으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 히이트 파이프의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 알칼리화 pH조정제가, 히드라진, 암모니아 및 아민 화합물로 구성되는 군에서 선택된 것을 특징으로 하는 히이트 파이프의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 알칼리화 pH로 조정제가 히드라진인 것을 특징으로 하는 히이트 파이프의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 작동액의 pH가 8.5-10.5인 것을 특징으로 하는 히이트 파이프의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 방부식층을 형성하고 상기 바나딘산염의 수용액을 콘테이너 밖으로 배출시킨후 작동액을 밀봉하기 전에 다시 콘테이너의 내면을 과산화수소수로 가열하여 방부식처리 하는 것을 추가로 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 히이트 파이프의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 과산화수소수의 농도가 0.1-34중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 히이트 파이프의 제조방법.
- 제1항의 방법으로 제조된 히이트 파이프.
- 제5항의 방법으로 제조된 히이트 파이프.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 아민 화합물은 몰포린이나 트리에타놀 아민인 것을 특징으로 하는 히이트 파이프의 제조방법.
