Claims (16)
- 열선 반사층과 안테나 도체를 갖는 자동차용 창유리에 있어서, 상기 열선 반사층이 적어도 20k/sq.의 표면저항치를 갖는 자동차용 창유리.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열선 반사층이 상기 안테나 도체보다도 자동차의 외축에 제공되는 자동차용 창유리.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열선 반사층이 상기 안테나 도체보다도 자동차의 내축에 제공되는 자동차용 창유리.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열선 반사층이 상기 안테나 도체에 대해 비접촉상태로 있으며 적어도 20k/sq.의 표면 저항치를 갖는 자동차용 창유리.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열선 반사층이 상기 안테나 도체에 대해 접촉상태로 있으며 적어도 500k/sq.의 표면 저항치를 갖는 자동차용 창유리.
- 제1항 내지 5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 열선 반사층이, 금속질화물로 형성되며 열선들을 반사하는 기능을 하는 층을 이루는 자동차용 창유리.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 열선 반사층이, 질화물, 붕소화물, 탄화물, 산화물 및 규화물로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택되는 적어도 2개의 조성물을 포함하는 복화합물로 형성되는 열선들을 반사하는 기능을 하는 층을 이루는 자동차용 창유리.
- 제3항 내지 7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 열선반사층이 자동차 내부를 향한 창유리의 최내측면상에 형성되며, 열선들을 반사하는 기능을 하는 적어도 한 층과 자동차 내부의 공기에 노출되는 보호층과를 포함하는 자동차용 창유리.
- 제1항 내지 8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 열선반사층이 원주부분을 제외한 창유리에 형성되는 자동차용 창유리.
- 제1항 내지 9항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 창유리의 원주부분에 차광성 착색층이 형성되는 자동차용 창유리.
- 제1항 내지 10항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 열선 반사층이 원주부분을 제외한 창유리의 전면에 형성되며, 상기 열선 반사층의 가장자리 부분이 자동차의 외부에서 보면 상기 차광성 착색층에 의해 은폐되는 자동차용 창유리.
- 제3항 및 제5항 내지 11항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 자동차 내부를 향한 창유리면 상에 안테나 도체가 형성되며, 상기 열선 반사층은, 상기 열선 반사층이 형성되지 않은 지역에서 상기 안테나 도체의 일부분이 노출하도록 원주부분을 제외한 창유리의 전면 상에 형성되며, 상기 노출부분에는 안테나 급전 단자가 형성되는 자동차용 창유리.
- 판유상에 안테나 도체를 형성하는 단계와, 가열하여 상기 판유리를 구부리는 단계와, 은폐되는 원주부분을 제외한 구부러진 판유리상에 적어도 20k/sq.의 표면저항치를 갖는 열선반사층을 형성하는 단계와로 구성되는 자동차용 창유리 제조방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 판유리 굽힘 단계전에 판유리 원주부분에 차광성 착색층을 형성하는 자동차용 창유리 제조방법.
- 어느 하나가 안테나 도체를 갖는 2개의 판유리들을 가열하여 굽히는 단계와, 은폐되는 원부분을 제외한 상기 판유리들중 어느 하나에 적어도 20k/sq.의 표면저항치를 갖는 열선 반사층을 형성하는 단계와, 2개의 판유리들을 그들사이에 플라스틱 재질의 중간층을 놓고 적충하는 단계와로 구성되는 자동차용 창유리 제조방법.
- 어느 하나가 안테나 도체를 갖는 2개의 판유리들을 가열하여 굽히는 단계와, 상기 2개의 판유리들을 그들사이에 플라스틱 재질의 중간층을 놓고 적층하는 단계와, 은폐되는 원주부분을 제외한 상기 적층된 판유리들면 상에 적어도 20k/sq.의 표면저항치를 갖는 열선 반사층을 형성하는 단계와로 구성되는 자동차용 창유리 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
