Claims (6)

  1. 블랭킷 실린더, 상기 블랭킷 실린더를 세척하기 위한 세척천을 공급하는 공급로울, 상기 세척천을 감고, 상기 세척천을 자동적으로 감을 수 있는 자동 감기 기구를 구비하는 감기로울, 상기 공급로울과 감기로울 사이에서 상기 블랭킷 실린더의 면에 대해 세척천을 가압하는 가압수단, 상기 공급로울과 감기 로울을 2방향으로 지지하기 위한 지지수단, 상기 감기로울에서 공급로울로 세척천을 자동적으로 되감기 위해 공급로울에 구비된 자동되감기 기구로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 인쇄기용 블랭킷 실린더의 세척장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 공급로울과 감기로울에 배면 장력을 주기 위해서 상기 공급로울에 제1브레이크 기구가, 감기로울에 제2브레이크 기구가 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 인쇄기용 블랭킷 실린더의 세척장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 세척천의 공급량을 감지하기 위해 공급량 감지 수단이 구비되고, 상기 공급량 감지 수단은 공급로울과 감기로울사이의 공감을 통과하는 세척천과 접촉하면서 회전하는 회전부재와 이 회전부재의 회전을 감지 제어하는 회전센서로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 인쇄기용 블랭킷 실린더의 세척장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 세척천을 부직포인 것을 특징으로 하는 인쇄기용 블랭킷 실린더의 세척장치.
  5. 블랭킷 실린더의 표면에 세척천을 가압하기 위한 가압수단을 갖는 인쇄기의 블랭킷 실린더를 세척하기 위한 방법에 있어서, 공급로울과 감기로울 사이에서 가압 패드와 블랭킷 실린더 사이의 간격을 통해 세척천을 통과시키는 단계, 상기 세척천에 세척액을 분사시키는 단계,상기 가압패드를 블랭킷 실린더로부터 약간 후퇴시켜 상기 세척천을 감기로울에 감는 단계, 한번 사용된 세척천의 일부를 다음 세척작업에서 재사용하기 위해 세척천의 일부를 공급로울에 되감는 단계로 이루어지는것을 특징으로 하는 인쇄기용 블랭킷 실린더의 세척방법.
  6. 공급로울에서 공급되는 세척전을 가압하고, 가압부재를 통해 세척전을 감기로울로 감으면서 인쇄기용 블랭킷 실린더를 세척하는 방법에 있어서, 세척전이 공급로울에서 감기로울로 이동되고, 한번의 세척작업이 끝난후 사용된 세척전의 일부가 다음 세척작업에서 재사용될 수 있도록 공급로울의 역전에 의해 되감기는 것을 특징으로 하는 인쇄기용 블랭킷 실린더의 세척방법.
