Claims (1)
- 길이방향에 직각으로 위치한 소경 벤딩로올(3)로 금속관의 내면이 될 면을 통해 금속시이트(4)를 소성굴곡시키고 그런뒤 길이 방향 곡률이 영이되도록까지 되구부리며(bend back), 상기 소성굴곡 및 되구부림(벤딩백)에 의해 생기는 폭방향 잔류곡률을 이용하여 최종제품의 곡률에 따라 상기 금속시이트를 관형으로 구부리고 상기 관형의 양측연부를 접합시키는 박벽금속관의 제조방법에 있어서, 원통상의 공급로울(1), 상기 공급로울(1)에 축방향으로 평행하고 공급로울(1)로부터 간극(G)만큼 이격되어 있으며 공급로울(1)과 같은 방향으로 회전하는 원통상의 송출로울(2), 및 상기 공급로울(1)및 송출로울(2)에 인접하여 공급로울(1) 및 송출로울(1)에 축방향으로 평행위치되어 있고, 상기 간극(G)로부터 구부리려는 상기 금속시이트(4)의 두께의 두배의 길이를 감하여 얻은 길이보다 큰 직경을 가진 유동로울로 이루어져 있는 소경 벤딩로울(3)로 되어있는 로울군을 통해, 먼저 상기 공급로울(1)을 따라 공급된뒤 상기 간극(G)을 통해 안내되도록, 상기 금속시이트(4)를 통과시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 박벽금속관의 제조방법.※ 참고사항: 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
