본 고안은 프레스기에 있어서 벤딩펀치를 이상으로하여 일반적으로 사용되어지는 단자 또는 사각형 제품등을 벤딩 압착시 종래의 3공정으로 벤딩 압착시키던 것을 2공정으로 작업공정을 단축 벤딩 압착시킬 수 있게한 프레스기의 벤딩 압착 금형 장치에 관한 것이다.The present invention is a press machine which can shorten the bending process in two steps, which is the bending press compression in the conventional three steps when bending the crimp terminal or square products generally used beyond the bending punch in the press. 상기와 같이 조립되어진 본원의 프레스기의 벤딩 압착 금형 장치에 있어서는 도면 제2도에 도시된 바와 같이 일단 도면에 도시되지 않은 프레스 램의 동작에 의해 이에 연결고정된 샹크(9)와 함께 상형인 상홀다(1), 펀치받침판(4), 펀치고정판(5), 압착벤딩펀치(6), u-벤딩펀치(3)가 상승한 상태에서 형상의 1차 벤딩된 u-벤딩제품(10)을 벤딩다이(7), 패드(8)의 상부면에 안착시킨 다음 도면 제3도에 도시된 바와같이 상승되어 있던 상형이 내려 오는데 u-벤딩펀치(3)가 맨먼저 내려와 1차 벤딩된 u-벤딩제품(10)면에 밀착 압압함에 따라 패드(8)가 스프링(2')의 압축되면서 하부로 밀리게 되어 형상으로 u-벤딩을 하게 되는데 여기에서 u-벤딩펀치(3)를 밀고 있는 스프링(2)이 패드(8)를 지지하고 있는 스프링(2')보다 강함에 따라 u-벤딩펀치(3)에 의해 패드(8)가 하부로 밀리게 되어진 것으로 일단 u-벤딩이 완성된 후에는 패드(8)가 하홀다(1')상면에 밀착 정지되어 있으므로 이때에는 도면 제4도에 도시된 바와같이 u-벤딩펀치(3)를 지지하고 있던 스프링(2)이 압축됨과 동시에 압착벤딩펀치(6)가 하강하면서 제품(10)을 형상으로 완성도 제품과 같이 압착시킨 것으로 본원은 종래의 3공정으로 벤딩 실시하던 것을 2공정으로 작업공정을 단축시킴에 따라 생산성이 향상되었을 뿐만 아니라 원가가 절감되었고 또한 불량이 감소된 것이다.In the bending pressing die apparatus of the press machine of the present application, assembled as described above, as shown in FIG. 2, the upper mold holder together with the shank 9 fixed thereto by the operation of the press ram not shown in the drawing.
