Description

Hole Bullet Repellent

The present invention relates to a coal bullet tackifier that prevents the coalescence of the coal bullet in the combustion process of the coal.

Hole bullet is used as the main fuel in Korea, but there are some problems, which are still in an inconvenient stage. Of these, when two or three holes are burned in a stack, they stick together, and a complicated problem occurs when a new hole is replaced.

This phenomenon is because iron contained in the hole coal itself is melted while generating high heat during combustion, and thus the lower briquette material and the upper hot coal are bonded together. Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a tackifier to prevent the adhesion phenomenon as described above when replacing the bullet holes, the object of the present invention could be achieved by preventing the phenomenon that the iron in the coal is melted and bonded. . The hole pulverizing agent according to the present invention is composed of 10-20 parts by weight of alumina cement, 8-12 parts by weight of Bokisite cement, 20-30 parts by weight of lime, 45-55 parts by weight of aluminum oxide and 0.2-0.7 parts by weight of kaolin.

Instead of alumina cement, alumina itself can also be used. Alumina cement contains about 30-40% of alumina component, so it is safe to use. The reason for using the alumina cement is because it solves the cause of adhesion because aluminum and iron can never be condensed during the combustion of briquettes. That is, the alumina cement serves to block the iron component that is melted from the hot coal of the combustion upper portion flowing down to the lower briquette material.

On the other hand, calcite has strong adsorption power and high melting point, but is suitable as a heat-resistant agent, but Bokisite cement is used to prevent lime powder from falling down on the coal briquettes when processing briquettes. Instead of the Bokeysite Cement, you can also use Bokeysite itself.

In addition, the alumina component is excellent even at high temperatures, and by adding kaolin, the heat resistance of the tackifier can be added.

The coal bullet tackifier according to the present invention can be prepared by simply mixing the above components, and there is no need to use a separate grinder or mixer.

In addition, the use of the tackifier is very simple to use because it is buried in the tackifier to replace the bottom of the new hole when the bullet is replaced. On the other hand, when the above components are mixed, there is no need for a separate firing process, so there is an advantage in that no energy is consumed when preparing the tackifier.
