Claims (5)
- (a) 약 15-35중량부의, 모노에탄올아민의 벤조산염, 라울산염, 3-메틸카프릴산염 및 도데칸산염으로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된, 모노에탄올아민의 유기산염: (b)약 15-30중량부의 디메틸아민의 벤조산염, 프탈산염, 이소프탈산염 및 테레프탈산염으로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된, 디메틸아민의 방향족산염: (c)약 10-25중량부의 요소: (d) 15-30중량부의 아질산나트륨: 및 (e) 1-5중량부의 중탄산 암모늄으로 구성된 철-아연합금 코우팅 철강용 기화성 방청제.
- 제1항에 있어서, 모노에탄올아민의 유기산염(a)는 모노에탄올아민벤조산염이고, 디메틸아민의 방향족산염(b)는 디메틸아민벤조산염임을 특징으로 하는 철-아연합금 코우팅 철강용 기화성 방청제.
- 40-70wt%의 상기 청구범위 제 1항에 기재된 방청제 및 30-60wt%의 물-메틸알코올(4 : 1- 3 : 2) 혼합용매로 구성된 철-아연합금 코우팅 철강용 기화성 방청액.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 50wt%의 방청제 및 50wt%의 물-메틸알코올(4 : 1) 혼합용매로 구성된 것임을 특징으로 하는 철-아연합금 코우팅 철강용 기화성 방청액.
- 제 3 항에 기재된 방청액을 20-30g/㎡의 적용비로 크라프트지에 도포. 함침시키고 60-90℃의 열풍으로 건조시켜 제조한 철-아연합금 코우팅 철강용 기화성 방청지.
