본고안은 문서 세절기에 있어서 본체 내부에 장착된 제반 장치를 확인 및 수리를 하고자 할 때 상부뚜껑을 개방하게 되면 전원이 자동으로 차단되어 메인 모토의 구동이 정지될 수 있게된 문서 세절기의 상부 뚜껑 개폐 감지 장치에 관한 것이다.This document is designed to check and repair all the devices installed inside the main body of the document shredder. 종래의 문서 세절기에 있어서는 본체와 상부 뚜껑으로 분리하여 생각할 수 있는 것으로 본체에 경첩을 통해 장착된 문서 세절기에는 상부뚜껑을 개방하였을시 개방상태를 감지해 있는 장치가 없어 모터구동상태에서 상부뚜껑을 개방한 후 수리작업 혹은 기계의 구동상태 점검을 하려할 경우 본체 내부에 장치된 메인모토및 제반 세절커터 장치가 구동되는 상태에 있는 것이으로 A/S 시 회전운동하는 장치의 특성에 의해 작업자가 여러 형태의 재해 발생 요인이 되는 결점이 있었다.In the conventional document shredder, it can be considered to be separated into the main body and the upper lid. 따라서, 본 고안은 이와같은 종래의 결점을 해소키 위해 기존의 문서세절기 에 있어서 상부 뚜껑의 개폐 상태를 마이크로 스위치에 의해 감지할 수 있게 장치한 것로서 첨부된 도면에 따라 그 구성및 작용효과를 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.Accordingly, the present invention is designed to detect the opening and closing state of the upper lid by a micro switch in the existing document shredder to solve such a conventional drawback. 사용자가 문서 세절기를 사용하는 도중 필요에 의해 본체(2)에 덮여있는 상부 뚜껑(1)을 개방시키게 되면 상부 뚜껑(1)내측에 형성시킨 조작편(5)이 마이크로 스위치(4)의 동작편(7)을 접지하여 마이크로스위치(4)에 유도 연결된 전원선이 접속된 상태로 별도의 구동스위치 조작으로 접속된 스윗칭 동작으로 메인모터(6)에 전원이 인가되어 구동하고 있던 상테가 상부뚜껑(1)을 개방함에 있어 조작편(5)에 의해 마이크로 스위치(4)에 동작편(7)을 누른 상테로 있었던 전원 통전 상태가 단전되면서 별도의 구동스위치와는 관계없이 메인모터(6)의 뚜껑(1)을 개방한 상태에서 내부수리 혹은 동작점검및 내부 청소등의 작업을 실시할수 있는 것이다.When the user opens the upper lid 1 covered by the main body 2 as needed while using the document shredder, the operation piece 5 formed inside the upper lid 1 operates the micro switch 4.
