Claims (3)
- 미리 선택된 배열의 절단 구멍들(46)을 가진 절단판(44)과, 각 도선의 단부가 각기 다른 절단 구멍에 배치된채 상기 절단판에 가로 지른 축선에 평행하게 다수의 도선들을 위치 시키기 위해 상기절단 구멍들(46)에 상응하는 배열의 구멍들(48)을 가지며 상기 절단판과의 사이에 상대적인 운동이 행해지도록 배치된 도선 위치 결정판(42)과, 도선들을 보유하는데 적합하게 되어 있고 상기 판들에 대한 도선의 위치를 조정하도록 축선을 따라 이동 가능한 고정구(28)와, 도선들을 상기 판들로 전진시키거나 그 판들로부터 후퇴시키도록 상기 축선을 따라 상기 고정구(28)를 위치 결정시키는 수단(110)과, 상기 절단 구멍들(46)이 도선들이 피복층을 점진적으로 절단하도록 상기 축선을 가로지른 면에서 상기 축선을 중심으로 한 상기 판들사이의 상대적인 궤도 운동을 달성하기 위한 운동 수단으로 구성되어, 다수의 도선들을 가진 케이블의 피복층을 선택적으로 절단하기 위한 장치로서, 상기 궤도 운동 수단이, 회전 축선(84)을 가진 구동축(82)을 구비한 모터(12)와, 상기 구동축의 회전축선(84)에 평행하지 않은 축선(88)을 가지고 상기 구동축(82)에 설치된 궤도 운동 축(86)과, 상기 절단판과 도선 위치 결정 판중 하나에 의해 둘러싸이고 상기 궤도 운동 축을 미끄럼 이동 가능하게 수용하고 궤도 운동을 상기 절단만과 도선위치 결정 판중 하나에 절단하는데 적합하게 된 베어링(66)과, 상기 모터(12)가 그의 구동축(82)의 회전 축선(84)을 따라 이동할 수 있도록 그 모터를 지지하는 가동 지지판(74)과, 상기 베어링(66)의 상기 궤도 운동 축(86)의 축방향 위치를 조정함으로써 궤도운동 반경을 조정하도록 상기 베어링에 대산 상기 구동축(82)의 축방향 위치를 결정하기 위해 상기 회전 축선(84)에 따른 상기모터(12)의 위치를 조정하기 위한 수단(100, 104)을 포함하고 상기 궤도 운동 축(86)은, 그의 축선(88)과 상기 구동축(82)의 회전 축선(84)이 그 궤도 운동 축의 영역내에서 교차하고 상기 축선들(84, 88)의 교차점이 상기 베어링(66)내에 위치되어 어느 한 방향으로의 상기 모터(12)의 축방향 이동이 궤도 운동 반경을 증가시키도록 설치되는 케이블 피복층 절단 장치.
