Claims (2)
- 보일러용 연탄자동교체장치의 각종 동작실린더를 작동시키기 위한 밸브장치를 구성함에 있어서, 일측에 압축공기공급장치(1)와 연결되는 입구측포오트(6)와, 내주면에 공기공급을 홈(712)을 구비하고 입구측 포오트와 연결되는 확대공간부(71)와 선단부가 개방되면수 내측에 걸림턱(721)을 가지는 축소공간부(72)로서 구성된 다수개의 작동공간(7)을 형성하였고, 그리고 상기 축소공간부와 관통상태로 전방 배열된 복수개의 출구측 포오트(8)를 형성하면서, 일측면에는 래치(101)을 구비한 솔레노이드(10)가 고정설치되고, 상부양측에 각 지지부(9)를 구성하여서 된 밸브몸체(5)와 상기 확대공간부(71)내에 제 1압축스프링체(130로서 탄설되는 개폐용 제 1밸브(12)와, 선단에 외부돌출용 접촉부(145)와 말단 내부에서 접촉부(145) 일측면까지 공기배출공(146)을 구비하고 밀폐링(143)을 구비한 돌출부(144)와 적어도 1개 이상의 평면부(142)를 구비한 슬라이드 안내부(141)를 구비하고 축소공간부(72)내에 제 2압축스프링(15)로서 슬라이딩결합 되는 제 2밸브(14)로 구성된 밸브장치 및 그리고 상기 밸브몸체(5)의 지지부(9) 사이에는 상기 접촉부 접촉용 캠(161)과, 일측면에 상기 래치(101)와 작용하는 래치기어(162)가 설치된 캠샤프트(16)가 회전자재토록 결합됨을 특징으로 하는 온수보일러의 연탄자동교체 장치용 밸브장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 작동공간(7)의 확대공간부(71) 말단부위에 원호형 차단부(713)가 형성되고, 제 1밸브(12)의 상면에는 그와 밀착차단동작시키는 원호면(121)이 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 온수보일러의 연탄자동교체 장치용 밸브장치.
