Claims (5)
- 밸브시이트(1)를 갖고 있는 하우징(2)과, 하우징에 고정되 있는 피스톤(8)과, 상기 피스톤 상에 활주할 수 있도록 설치된 안내부재(6)과, 상기 안내부재에 고정되 있는 밸브(4)와, 상기 안내부재의 하부에 고정되 있는 차폐판(9)와, 상기 안내부재에 고정되어 있으며 상기 차폐판을 둘러쌓는 열전도 실린더(11) 및 상기 실린더에 있는 왁스(10)을 갖고 있는 온도조절기에 있어서, 왁스가 팽창하여 차폐판의 일부가 상기 틈새로 진입하게 될 때 피스톤을 따라 유입된 냉각제를 모아서 상기 안내부로부터 배출시키기 위해 피스톤 주위의 차폐판 및 안내부재 사이의 일부에 구비되어 있는 틈새를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 온도조절기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 틈새는 차폐판의 상부표면 근처인 피스톤 주위의 안내부재에 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 온도조절기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 틈새는 차폐판의 상부에 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 온도조절기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 온도 조절기는 피스톤 주위의 안내부재 상부에 설치되 있는 밀봉체를 포함하고 있어 냉각제의 유입을 막게되는 것을 특징으로 하는 온도조절기.
- 밸브시이트(1)를 갖고 있는 하우징(2)과, 하우징에 고정되 있는 피스톤(8)과, 상기 피스톤 상에 활주할 수 있도록 설치된 안내부재(6)과, 상기 안내부재에 고정되 있는 밸브(4)와, 상기 안내부재의 하부에 고정되 있는 차폐판(9)와, 상기 안내부재에 고정되어 있으며 상기 차폐판을 둘러쌓는 열전도 실린더(11) 및 상기 실린더에 있는 왁스(10)을 갖고 있는 온도조절기에 있어서, 피스톤 주위의 안내부재 상부에 설치된 밀봉장치를 포함하고 있으며, 상기 밀봉 장치는 상기 피스톤상에 활주가능하게 설치된 이동형 지지기를 포함하고 있으며, 상기 이동형 지지기 근처에는 적어도 1개의 0-링이 구비되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 온도 조절기.
