제1도는 본 발명의 실시예의 가스급탕기의 개요구성도.

Claims (1)

  1. 내부를 통과하는 물을 가열하기 위한 열교환기내에의 물의 유입을 검지하여 상기 열교환기를 가열하는 가열수단의 가열을 개시시키는 급탕기의 수량제어 장치에 있어서, 상기 가열수단의 가열능력, 상기 열교환기내에의 유입수량 및 유입수온에 의거하여 상기 열교환기내를 통과하는 수량을 조절하는 수량조절수단의 최대 열림도를 결정하는 제1스텝과, 이 제1수텝에서 결정된 상기 최대 열림도보다 작은 열림도에서 상기 최대열림도로부터 큰 열림도까지 상기 수량조절수단의 열림도를 장차 변경하는 제2스텝과, 이 제2스텝에서 출탕온도가 목적온도로부터 낮은 소정의 온도이하로 된때의 이 출탕온도, 상기 유입수온, 상기 가열수단의 가열능력에 의거하여 상기 열교환기에서 유출하는 탕수의 출탕량을 구하는 제3스텝과, 이 제3스텝에서 구해진 상기 출탕량에 의거하여 상기 수량조절수단의 열림도를 열림도를 구하는 제4스텝과, 상기 수량조절수단에 대하여 상기 제1스텝에서 결정된 최대열림도와 상기 제4스텝에서 구하여진 열림도와의 열림도 차이를 구하는 제5스텝과 이 제5스텝에서 구하여진 상기 열림도 차이를 상기 수량조절수단의 열림도 보정치로 하는 제6스텝을 포함하며 이후, 상기 열림도 보정치를 수반하여 상기 수량조절 수단을 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 급탕기의 수량제어장치.
