힌지(Hinge)

제 1도는 본 발명의 분해 사시도이다.
제 2도는 힌지의 조립된 상태에서 최대로 열린 위치에서 제 1도의 Ⅱ-Ⅱ선 단면도이다.
제 3도는 최대 수직각도를 초과한 위치에서 힌지를 나타내는 제 2도와 유사한 단면도이다.

Claims (14)

  1. 힌지로서, 힌지 핀, 상기 힌지 핀을 지지하는 베어링으로 구성되는 최소한 하나의 포크, 상기 힌지 핀상부에 고정된 최소한 하나의 허브로 구성되며, 상기 베어링 및 허브는 상기 베어링과 함께 회전하도록 연결된 탄성 하우징내에 제공되며, 상기 하우징은 그의 폭이 상기 힌지의 바람직한 최대 열림각도의 작용으로서 결정되는 상기 힌지 핀과 평행하게 배열된 종방향 슬로트를 보유하는 벽으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 힌지.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 포크에 결합된 포크 힌지 장부 및 상기 허브에 결합된 허브 힌지 장부로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 힌지.
  3. 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 각 장부에 결합된 힌지 리프로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 힌지.
  4. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 하우징은 탄성 금속으로 되어 있는것을 특징으로 하는 힌지.
  5. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 하우징은 탄성 플라스틱으로 되어있는 것을 특징으로 하는 힌지.
  6. 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 슬로트는 상기 포크 힌지 장부 및 상기 허브 힌지 장부가 슬로트를 통과하도록 형상화되어 있는것을 특징으로 하는 힌지.
  7. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 베어링의 외형은 실제로 원형이고 상기 하우징의 내형 또한 실제로 원형이며 상기 베어링의 외형의 반경과 동일한 반경으로 되어있는 것을 특징으로 하는 힌지.
  8. 제 7항에 있어서, 상기 하우징은 종방향 보스로 구성되고 각 베어링은 상기 보스와 동일한 각도 위치에서 상기 보스의 상응하는 단면을 수용할 수 있는 노치로 구성되며, 상기 허브는 상기 베어링과 동등한 반경을 구비한 원형 외부 둘레를 보유하고, 상기 허브는 상기 보스의 상응하는 단면과 차례로 결합될 수 있는 다수의 노치를 보유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 힌지.
  9. 제 8항에 있어서, 상기 보스는 상기 슬로트중 한 모서리에 인접하여 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 힌지.
  10. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 베어링의 외형은 다각형이고 상기 하우징의 내형은 상기 베어링의 외형과 동일하며, 상기 허브의 외형은 그의 원형 곡선이 상기 하우징의 내형에서 전체적으로 설명되지 않는 최소한 하나의 보스를 보유하고, 상기 각 보스는 상기 하우징에서 가장 멀리 돌출하는 상기 곡선의 점이 두 인접한 안정한 각도 위치사이에 배치되도록 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 힌지.
  11. 제 10항에 있어서, 상기 보스 및 하우징은 힌지가 닫힌 위치에 있을 경우, 상기 보스가 상기 하우징 중 한면과 접촉하도록 형상화 되어있는 것을 특징으로 하는 힌지.
  12. 제 11항에 있어서, 상기 보스는 상기 접촉 위치에서 상기 하우징으로부터 가입하에 있는것을 특징으로 하는 힌지.
  13. 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 슬로트 중 최소한 한 모서리를 따라서 상기 허브중의 각 장부와 일치하는 곳에 상기 힌지 핀의 축에 직간인 상기 하우징내에 최소한 하나의 노치가 존재하고, 상기 노치의 저면은 상기 장부의 열림을 제한하기 위한 정지부로서 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 힌지.
  14. 제 13항에 있어서, 상기 노치사이에서 날이 제공되고, 상기 날과 상기 날에 인접한 베어링의 상응하는 외형 부분 사이에 플레이가 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 힌지.
