Claims (5)
- 엔진(10) 크랭크축의 각 위치에 따라 일련의 연속적으로 발생하는 크랭크축 위치펄스(20A,20B)를 발생시키는 단계를 포함하는 전자내연기관점화장치용 스파크시기 어드반스신호 발생방법에 있어서, 연속적으로 발생하는 크랭크축 위치펄스사이에서 경과하는 지속시간에 해당하는 지속시간동안 업-카운터(28)로써 제1일정 주파수 클럭펄스를 주기적으로 카운트-업함으로써 펄스카운트크기(pulse count magnitude) T가 주기적으로 얻어지는 단계(단, 여기서 T는 상기 지속시간의 함수이다) ; 상기 카운트크기 T를 다운-카운터 38내에 로우딩(loading)하는 단계 ; 상기 업-카운터를 제로(0) 카운터 크기까지 주기적으로 리세팅(resetting) 하는 단계 ; 그후 상기 제1클럭펄스의 주파수에서 상기 업-카운터를 리세트된 0카운트 크기로부터 카운팅-업하고 동시에 상기 다운-카운터를 일정주파수의 제2클럭펄스의 속도(rate)로 상기 카운트크기 T로부터 다운-카운팅하는 단계 ; 상기 업- 및 다운- 카운터의 카운트 크기를 비교하는 단계 ; 및 상기 업- 및 다운- 카운터의카운트크기가 동일할때 신호를 발생하는 단계를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 전자내연기관 점화장치용 스파크시기 어드반스신호 발생방법.
- 1항에 있어서, 제2클럭펄스의 주파수는 제1클럭펄스의 주파수보다 적은 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 엔진(10) 및 크랭크축 각 위치에 관련되어 일련의 크랭크축 위치펄스(20A,20B)를 발생시키기 위해 엔진의 크랭크축에 연결된 수단(12,14,16,18)을 포함하고, 상기 모든 크랭크축 위치펄스는 상기 크랭크축의 예정된 회전각에 해당하는 양만큼 동일간격을 이루고 있는, 내연기관 점화장치용 일정스파크 어드반스를 유지하기 위한 스파크시기 조절장치에 있어서, 업-카운터 28, 다운-카운터 38, 상기 업-및 다운 카운터에 연결되고 업- 및 다운-카운터의 카운트 크기가 동일할때 출력신호 56를 발생시키도록 동작하는 디지탈비교기(50), 제1일정주파수 클럭펄스소스(source)(30,34), 제2일정주파수클럭펄스소스(30,34), 상기 업-카운터(28)로 하여금 연속적인 발생크랭크축위치펄스사이에 지속하는 경과시간에 해당하는 경과시간동안 상기 제1클럭펄스를 카운트-업 하게하여 상기 업-카운터에 의해 펄스카우트크기 T가 주기적으로 얻어지게 하는 (여기서는 T는 상기 경과시간의 함수이다) 수단(20,22,26), 및 상기 카운트크기 T를 상기 다운-카우터내에 로우드되게하고, 상기 업-카운터가 0카운트로 리세트되고 이어서 상기 제1클럭펄스로써 카운트-업되게 하고 또한 상기 다운-카운트로하여금 제2클럭펄스로써 카운트다운되게 하기 위하여 크링크축위치 펄스가 발생함에 반응적인 수단(20,22,24,26)을 포함하고, 상기 디지탈비교기는 상기 업- 및 다운-카운터의 카운트크기가 동일할때 신호를 발생시킴을 특징으로 하는 스파크시기 제어장치.
- 3항에 있어서, 상기 제2클럭펄스의 주파수는 상기 제1클럭 펄스의 주파수보다 적은 것을 특징으로 하는 스파크시기제어장치.
- 3 또는 4항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2클럭펄스소스(source)는 제1 및 제2클럭펄스주파수분할기(34,44)에 연결된 일정주파수 클럭펄스의 소스(30)에 의해 발생됨을 특징으로 하는 스파크시기제어장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
