Claims (16)
- 격막에 의해 양극실과 음극실로 구획된 무기산수용액의 전해액이 담긴 전해조에 전류를 통하게 하여 양극실에서 촉매의 담체나 기체에 pt족 금속이나 pt족 금속화합물중 적어도 하나가 함유되어 있는 사용이 끝난 입상체형태의 촉매를 처리하여서 됨을 특징으로 하는 귀금속 용해방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 사용이 끝난 촉매는 연료전지전극으로 사용된 것임을 특징으로 하는 귀금속의 용해방법.
- (a) 격막에 의해 양극실과 음극실로 구획된 무기산수용액의 전해액이 담긴 전해조에 전류를 통하게 하여, 양극실에서 촉매의 담체나 기체에 pt족 금속이나 pt족 금속화합물중 적어도 하나가 함유되어 있는 사용이 끝난 입상체형태의 촉매를 처리하고, (b) 유동상태의 음극입자를 갖는 전해조의 음극실에서 pt족 금속성분을 함유하는 상기 용해단계의 전해액을 전해시켜 음극입자상에 pt금속이 석출되도록 함을 특징으로 하는 귀금속 회수방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 무기산 수용액의 전해액은 염산임을 특징으로 하는 귀금속 회수방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기의 사용이 끝난 촉매담체 또는 기체는 비전도성 물질임을 특징으로 하는 귀금속 회수방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, Pt족 금속 또는 Pt족 금속화합물중 적어도 하나를 지지하거나 함유하는 입상체는 연료전지전극의 분쇄물임을 특징으로 하는 귀금속 회수방법.
- 격막에 의해 양극실과 음극실로 구획된 전해조에 전류를 통하게 하고, 무기산수용액의 전해액이 담긴 양극실에서, Pt족 금속이나 Pt족 금속화합물 중 적어도 하나가 지지되거나 함유되어 있는 입상체를 처리한 후, 유동상태의 음극입자를 갖는 유동층 전해조의 음극실에 pt금속성분을 함유하는 용액을 공급하여 전해시켜 음극입자상에 상기 Pt족 금속이 석출되게 한 다음, 얻어진 음극입자를 격막에 의해 양극실과 음극실로 구획된 전해조에 전류를 통하게 하여, 양극실에서 재용출시켜서 됨을 특징으로 하는 귀금속 회수방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 전해액은 염산임을 특징으로 하는 귀금속 회수방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, Pt족 금속 또는 pt족 금속화합물 중 적어도 하나를 지지하거나 함유하는 입상체는 사용이 끝난 촉매임을 특징으로 하는 귀금속 회수방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 입상체는 Pt족 금속이거나 또는 Pt, Pd, Rh 및 그들의 혼합물로부터 선택된 Pt족 금속화합물 중 적어도 하나를 지지하거나 함유하는 연료전지전극의 분쇄물임을 특징으로 하는 귀금속 회수방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 무기산수용액의 전해액은 염산임을 특징으로 하는 귀금속 용해방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 사용이 끝난 촉매는 자동차배기가스를 정화하는데 사용된 것임을 특징으로 하는 귀금속 용해방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 Pt족 금속화합물은 Pt, Pd, Rh 및 그들의 혼합물로부터 선택된 금속화합물임을 특징으로 하는 귀금속 용해방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, Pt족 금속이나 Pt족 금속화합물중에서 적어도 하나를 지지하거나 함유하는 사용이 끝난 촉매는 자동차 배기가스를 정화하는데 사용된 것임을 특징으로 하는 귀금속 회수방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 Pt족 금속화합물은 Pt, Pd, Rh및 그들의 혼합물로부터 선택된 금속화합물임을 특징으로 하는 귀금속 회수방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 사용이 끝난 촉매는 Pt금속 또는 Pt, Pd, Rh 및 그들의 혼합물로부터 선택된 Pt족 금속화합물을 지지하거나 함유하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 귀금속 회수방법.
