Claims (9)

  1. 하기 일반식(I)의 1-페닐피롤.
    상기식에서 R1은 메틸을 나타내거나 2개의 R1이 함께 연결되어 형성되는 테트라메틸렌 그룹을 나타내고, R2는 수소, C1-6알킬, 사이클로프로필메틸, C1-4알콕시-C1-2알킬, C1-4-알킬티오-C1-2알킬, C1-4알킬설피닐-C1-2알킬 또는 C1-4알킬설포닐-C1-2알킬을 나타내거나, 임의로 할로겐에 의해 치환된 벤질 또는 페닐에틸을 나타내거나, C3-4알켄일, C3-4알킨알, C3-4할로알켄일, C2-3시아노알킬 또는 카바모일메틸, 티오카바모일메틸, 트리메틸실릴메틸,CH2COOR3(여기서,R3는 C1-6알킬 또는 C5-6사이클로 알킬을 나타낸다),
    [여기서, R4는 수소, 메틸, 에틸 또는 사이클로프로필을 나타내고, R4는 OR6(여기서 R6은 수소, C1-5알킬, 알릴, 프로파르길 또는 빈질을 나타낸다)또는 N(CH3)2를 나타낸다]또는 임의로 치환될 수 있는 5원 또는 6원 헤테로사이클릭 그룹 [여기서 5원 헤테로사이클릭 그룹은 바람직하게는 1개의 질소원자와 추가로 질소, 황 및 산소로부터 선택되는 1 또는 2개의 헤테로 원자를 함유하고, 6원 헤테로사이클릭 그룹은 바람직하게는 1 또는 2개의 질소원자를 함유한다]과 연결되는 C1-2알킬그룹을 나타내고,n은 0 또는 1을 나타낸다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, R`이 메틸을 나타내거나 2개의 R`이 함께 연결되어 형성되는 테트라에틸렌 그룹을 나타내고, R2가 수소, C1-4알킬, 사이클로프로필메틸, C1-2알콜시-C1-2알킬 C1-2알킬데오-C1-2알킬 C1-2알킬실피닐-메틸, C1-2알킬설포닐메틸, 벤질 C3-알켄일 C3-할로알켄일, 프로파르길, 시아노메틸, 또는 5원 헤테로 사이클릭 그룹 또는 6원 방향쪽 헤테로 사이클릭 그룹 [각각은 적어도 1개의 질소원자를 함유하고 5원 및 6원환은 C1-2알킬 또는 C1-2알콕시에 의해 치환될 수 있다]과 연결되는 메틸그룹을 나타내고 n이 0또는 1인 일반식(I)의 화합물
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서,R1이 메틸을 나타내거나, 2개의 R1이 함께 연결되어 형성되는 테트라메틸렌 그룹을 나타내고, R2가 n-프로필, 이소프로필, n-,이소-,s-또는 t-부틸, 사이클로프로필메틸, 메톡시메틸, 에톡시메틸, 메틸티오메틸, 에틸티오메틸, 벤질, 알릴, 2-클로로-알릴, 프로파르길, 시아노메틸 또는 1또는 2개의 질소원자와 산소 또는 황원자를 함유하는 5원 헤테로사이클릭 그룹과 연결되는 메틸 그룹 또는 1 또는 2개의 질소원자를 함유하는 6원 방향족 헤테로사이클릭 그룹(바람직하게는 피리딘 또는 피리미딘((5원 및 6원 환은 메틸 또는 메톡시 그룹에 의해 치환될 수 있다)과 연결되는 메틸그룹을 나타내거나, n이 1인 일반식(I)의 화합물.
  4. 하기의 화합물: 2-(4-클로로-2-플루오로-5-프로파르길옥시페닐)-4,5,6,7-테트라하이드로이소벤즈인들:
    3,4-디메틸-1-(4-클로로-2-플루오로-5-프로파르길옥시페닐)-피롤;
    2-(5-알릴옥시-4-클로로-2-플루오로페닐)-4,5,56,7-테트라하이드로이소벤즈인돌;
    2-[4-클로로-2-플루오로-5-(피리딘-2-일-메톡시)페닐]-4,5,6,7-테트라하이드로이소벤즈인돌;
    및 2-[4-클로로-2-플루오로-5-(이소옥사졸-3-일-메톡시)페닐]-4,5,6,7-테트라하이드로이소벤즈인돌;
  5. a)하기일반식(II)의 화합물을 불활성 용매의 존재하에 하기일반식(Ⅲ)의화합물과 반응시키거나, b)하기일반식(Ⅳ)의 화합물을 불활성 용매의 존재하에 알칼리 처리하거나, c) R2가 수소가 아닌 경우에는, 하기 일반식(Ⅴ)의 화합물을 불활성 용매 및, 경우에 따라, 염기의 존재하에 하기 일반식(Ⅵ)의 화합물과 반응시킴을 특징으로 하여 일반식(I)의 1-페닐피롤을 제조하는 방법.
    M-R2-1(Ⅵ)
    상기식에서,R1,R2,R3,R4,R5,R6및 n은 상기에서 정의한 바와같고, R2-1은 수소를 제외하고는 R2와 같고, M은 할로겐, 메탄, 설포닐옥시, 토실옥시 또는 R2-1-OSO2-O(여기서, R2-1은 상기에서 정의한 바와같다)를 나타낸다.
  6. 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항중의 어느 한 항에 따르는 적어도 하나의 일반식(I)의 1-페닐피롤을 함유하는 제초제조성물.
  7. 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항중의 어느 한 항에 따르는 일반식(I)의 1-페닐피롤을 잡초 및/또는 이들의 번식지에 적용시킴을 특징으로 하여 잡초를 방제하는 방법.
  8. 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항중의 어느 한 항에 따르는 일반식(I)의 1-페닐피롤의 잡초 방제용 용도.
  9. 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항중의 어느 한 항에 따르는 일반식(I)의 1-페닐피롤을 중량제 및/또는 계면활성제와 혼합함을 특징으로 하여 제초제 조성물을 제조하는 방법.
