Claims (3)
- 측방향을 따라 보올의 전주홈을 갖는 안내축과, 상기한 전주홈을 전주하는 보올의 무한궤도를 형성하는 부하 보올홈과 무부하 보올구멍을 가지며, 보올을 삽입하여 상기한 안내측에 따라서 직선왕복운동을 행하는 베어링 본체와, 이 베어링 본체의 양단면에 부착되며, 상기한 부하 보올홈과 무부하 보올구멍과의 사이에서 보올을 안내하는 안내홈을 갖는 한쌍의 옆덮개와, 베어링 본체를 안내측으로부터 절리하였을 때에 있어서의 보울의 탈락을 방지함과 함께 베어링 본체에 형성되는 보올의 무한궤도의 일부를 형성하는 보올 유지기로서 되며, 상기한 보올 유지기가 베어링 본체에 형성한 부하 보올홈과 상대향하여 보올의 일부를 안내축측으로 돌출시키는 긴구멍과, 이긴구멍의 길이방향 양단부에 형성되며, 그 폭치수가 순차적으로 작아져서 상기한 부하영역으로부터 베어링 본체측에 형성된 무한궤도의 무부하영역으로, 혹은 이 무부하영역으로부터 부하영역으로 보올을 송입하는 보올 송입부를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 직선 슬라이드용 보올 베어링.
- 제1항에 있어서, 보올 유지기의 긴구멍은 적어도 그 보올 송입부의 개구연(開口緣)에 옆덮개의 안내홈으로 연속하는 사면부와 서로가 상대향하는 사면부로서 이루어지는 보올 당접면이 형성되어 있는 직선 슬라이드용 보올 베어링
- 제1항에 있어서, 무부하 보올구멍의 양단부에 부하 보올홈의 양단에 형성한 보올방향 전환을 위한 내면측 안내부의 곡률(曲率)과 동일한 곡률을 갖는 챔퍼 요부를 형성함과 함께, 상기한 각 옆덮개에는 각각 상기한 각 챔퍼 요부에 대응하는 안내홈의 주연(周緣)에 이 챔퍼 요부에 감합하는 옆덮개 위치 결정용의 주연 돌조부를 형성한 직설 슬라이드용 보올 베어링.
