Claims (4)

  1. Al2O3, SiC 위스커, ZrO2로 이루어진 세라믹스 절삭공구에 있어서, SiC 위스커가 27체적%이상, 35체적%이하, ZrO2가 3체적%이상 12체적%이하, 나머지가 Al2O3인 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹스 절삭공구.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 세라믹스 소결체가 평균입자직경 1.5㎛ 이하인 Al2O3입자로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹스 절삭공구.
  3. Al2O3, SiC 위스커, ZrO2의 혼합분말을 1500℃ 이상 1750℃ 이하에서 30분이상, 5시간이하, 150㎏/㎠ 이상, 500㎏/㎠ 이하의 압력하에서 가압소결하는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹스 절삭공구의 제조법.
  4. Al2O3, SiC 위스커, ZrO2의 혼합분말을 1450℃ 이상 1750℃ 이하에서 30분이상, 5시간이하, 10㎏/㎠ 이상, 500㎏/㎠ 이하의 압력하에서 가압소결한 후, 1500℃ 이상, 1800℃ 이하, 10기압이상, 300기압이하, 30분이상, 5시간이하 열간정수입처리를 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹스 절삭공구의 제조법.
