방열기를 겸한 난방용 온수 분배기

본 고안은 온수 분배기의 온수 공급관과 순환관 사이에 수개의 방열기를 일체로 조립하여 온수의 분배와 방열효과를 동시에 얻을수 있게한 방열기를 겸한 온수 분배기에 관한 것이다.
종래에는 온수분배기의 은수공급관 자체의 열을 이용하여 좁은 면적에서 자연 방열을 해왔기 때문에 방열되는 열의 양이 적을뿐만 아니라 온수의 열을 완전히 이용하지 못하고 보일러로 환수되었다.
때문에, 재차 데워지는데 필요한 연료와 유체의 시간적 지체로 인한 열의 낭비를 가져오는 폐단이 있었다.
이에 본 고안은 이러한 종래의 결점을 해결하기 위하여 온수공급관의 상측에 수개의 방열기를 일체로 조립하여 보일러에서 공급되는 온수가 분배기를 통하여 각방으로 순환함과 동시에 방열기의 내부로 순환하기 때문에 많은 방열팬을 갖고 있는 방열기는 넓은 면적으로 많은 열을 축적함과 동시에 방열을 하여 실내의 공기를 데워주는 역할을 하는 것으로, 이를 첨부된 도면에 의해 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
온수분배기의 환수관(8)과 온수공급관(7) 및 순환관(10) 을 3단으로 형성한 그 온수공급관(7)과 순환관(10)사이에 수개의 방열기(11)를 수직 조립하여 절곡부(2)(2')와 좌판(3)(3')이 형성된 좌우지지판(1)(1')으로 조립한 것이다.
도면중(4)는 온수공급관통관,(5)는 환수관통공,(6)(6')는 유통공,(9)는 나사,(12)는 배기밸브,(13)는 보일러,(14)는 난방코일, V1,V2는 밸브이다.
이와같이된 본 고안은 보일러(13)에서 가열된 온수가 온수공급관(7)으로 공급되어 개방된 밸브(V1)에 한해서 각방의 난방코일로 순환한 다음 환수관(8)을 지나 다시 보일러(13)로 환수되는 것이다.
이때, 온수공급관(7)에 공급된 온수는 수압에 의하여 수개의 방열기(11)의 내부 통로를 통하여 순환관(10)으로 순환하면서 방열을 하게 되는 것이다.
환수밸브(V2)는 누수시에 대비한 보조밸브이다.
이와같이된 본 고안은 온수분배기와 방열기를 일체로 조립하여 방열기의 넓은 면적을 이용 많은 양의 방열을 할 수 있으며, 또한 최소한의 열을 최대한으로 방열시켜 열의 소모를 극소화했으며, 쾌적하고 안락한 실내기온올 유지시킬 수 있는 효과는 갖는다.

  1. 온수분배기의 환수관(8)과 온수공급관(7)및 순환관(l0)으로 3단으로 형성함에 있어, 그 온수공급관(7)과 순환관(10)의 사이에 수개의 방열기(11)를 수직으로 조립 형성한 방열기를 겸한 난방용 온수 분배기.
