Claims (8)
- 열가소성수지, 저융점 내지 중간융점의 탄화수소왁스 또는 파라핀으로 구성되는 가소제, 및 적어도 40중량% 부분의 광물질 안료로 이루어지는 광물질 및 열가소성물질 기재의 열성형서 조성물에 있어서, 이 조성물은 소형물품, 특히 100μm 내지 5mm의 작은 크기를 가진 물품의 정확한 성형에 적합하며, 가소제중의 수저용액에 안료의 균질한 분산으로 구성되고, 여기서 가소제의 용융온도는 40 내지 95℃의 범위이며, 수지에 대한 이 가소제의 비율은 3 내지 75% 이고, 용융온도에서 그것의 점도는 100 내지 5000센티스토크스인 것을 특징으로 하는 열성형성 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 열가소성 수지는 고압풀리에틸렌인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 광물질 안료는 ZnS, SrS, BaTiO3, SrWO4및 규산아연으로 부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 안료는 자체발광성이며, 광발생 활성은 방사성 물질에 의해 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 광물질 안료의 비율은 조성물의 80 내지 90중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 허용되는 성형 온도는 80 내지 150℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 허용되는 성형압력은 40 내지 100kg/cm2인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
