Claims (12)
- 아크릴산으로부터 유도된 잔기와 저급 알킬 하이드록시 아크릴레이트로부터 유도된 잔기를 갖는 수용성 공중합체 및 유기 아미노알킬렌포스폰산 유기체 또는 이의 염과 수성 계에 망간 이온을 제공할 수 있는 망간 화합물과의 혼합물을 포함하며 pH가 7내지 9인 수성계를 처리하기에 적합한 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 공중합체가 일반식 (Ⅰ)의 공중합체인 조성물.상기식에서 R은 수소 또는 탄소수 1내지 3의 알킬 그룹이고;R1은 OH, OM(여기에서, M은 수요성 양이온이다), NH2이고;R2는 탄소수 2내지 6의 저급 알킬 그룹(OH 치환체가 알킬 그룹의 탄소원자중의 어느 하나에 결합될 수 있다)이고;R3은 수소 또는 탄소수 1내지 3의 알킬 그룹이다.
- 제2항에 있어서, R은 수소 또는 CH3이고;R1은 OM이고;R2OH는 CH2CHOHCH3이고;R3은 수소인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수성 계의 pH가 8 내지 9인 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 공중합체의 분자량이 500내지, 1,000,000이고, 공중합체의 저급 알킬 하이드록실 아크릴레이트-유도된 잔기에 대한 아크릴산-유도된 잔기의 몰비가 34:1내지 1:4인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 혼합물에 대한 공중합체의 중량비가 7:1내지 0.01:1의 범위내인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유기 아미노알킬렌포스폰산 유도체의 알킬렌 라디칼 성분이 하기 일반식으로 표시되는 조성물.상기식에서, X 및 Y는 독립적으로 수소, 하이드록실, 카복실, 포스폰산, 산 라디칼의 염 및 탄소수 1내지 12의 탄화수소 라디칼의 염이고;n은 1내지 3이고;단, n이 1보다 클 경우, 각각의 X 및 Y는 탄소원자에 존재하는 X 또는 Y와 동일하거나 상이할 수 있다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유기 아미노할킬렌포스폰산 유도체가 일반식(Ⅱ)를 갖는 조성물.상기식에서 치환체 A,B,C,D,E 및 F는 독립적으로 수소.2-하이드록시-3-(트리알킬암모늄 할라이드)프로필 및 2-하이드록시프로필설폰산 그룹 및 산 라디칼의 염이고;X 및 Y는 독립적으로 수소, 하이드록실, 카복실, 산라이칼의 포스폰산염 및 탄소수 1내지 12의 탄화수소 라디칼의 포스폰산 염이고;n은 1내지 3이며, 단, n이 1보다 클 경우 각각의 X 및 Y는 탄소원자에 존재하는 X 또는 Y와 동일하거나 상이할 수 있으며;X' 및 Y'는 독립적으로 수소, 메틸 또는 에틸 라디칼이고;n'는 2또는 3이고;m 및 m'는 각각 0내지 2500이며;단, 아민 수소의 약 50% 이상은 본 명세서에서 이미 정의한 바와 같은 인-함유 그룹에 의해 치환되고;R4는 직쇄, 측쇄, 사이클릭, 헤테로사이클릭, 치환된 헤테로사이클릭, 또한 융합된 환 형 구조일 수 있는 탄화수소 잔기이며;단, m 또는 m'가 1이상인 경우, E 및 F 치환체는 다른 질소원자의 치환체와 동일하거나 상이할 수 있으며, R4는 각각 동일하거나 상이할 수 있다.
- 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 망간 이온이 킬레이트 형태로 존재하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 망간 화합물이 MnO, MnO2, H2O, KMnO4, Mn(CH3COO)2, 4H2O 또는 이의 혼합물인 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제10항중의 어느 한 항에서 정의한 바와 같은 조성물을 수성 계에 가함을 포함하여, 수성계중에서 금속의 부식과 금속상에서 스케일의 형성을 억제하는 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 조성물이 공중합체 2ppm 이상, 망간이온 0.05ppm 이상 및 아미노알킬렌스폰산 유도체 1ppm 이상을 수성 계에 제공하는 방법.※ 참고사항:최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
