Claims (10)

1회분 용량의 작용성 활성 성분, 부형제 및 30℃내지 150℃의 유리 전이온도를 갖는 중합체(이 중합체는 작용성 활성 성분을 함유하는 매트릭스를 형성하기에 충분한 양으로 존재함)를 공급 조성물로 혼합하고 ; 상기 공급 조성물중 적어도 일부를 성형된 형태로 가공하는 것을 포함하고 성형된 형태를, 투여시 작용성 활성 성분이 조절되어 서방출되는 투여형을 제공하기에 충분한 시간동안 중합체의 유리전이온도 또는 그이상으로 유지시킴을 특징으로 하는 서방성 투여형의 제조방법.
제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 공급 조성물중의 중합체가, 상기 투여형중에 1% 내지 90%중합체를 제공하기 위해, 폴리이소부틸렌, 아크릴산, 메타크릴산, 하이드록시알킬아크릴산, 하이드록시알킬메타크릴산 또는 이들의 메틸, 에틸 또는 라우릴 에스테르의 중합체 또는 공중합체, 폴리(에틸렌 옥사이드), 셀룰로즈 아세테이트, 셀룰로즈 아세테이트 부티레이트, 셀룰로즈 아세테이트 프로피오네이트, 에틸 셀룰로즈, 다가알콜 및 디카복실산의 폴리에스테르, 폴리에테르, 셀룰로즈 아세테이트 프탈레이트, dl - 폴리락트산, 폴리글리콜산, 폴리락트 - 폴리글리콜 공중합체, 폴리카프로락톤, 폴리하이드록시부티레이트, 폴리하이드록시 발레레이트 및 폴리에틸렌글리콜, 이들의 혼합물 및 공중합체로부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
제 1 항 또는 2항에 있어서, 상기 공급 조성물중의 중합체가, 상기 투여형중에 5% 내지 50%중합체, 1% 내지 90%부형제 및 5% 내지 90%작용성 활성 성분을 제공하는 양으로 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 성형된 형태를 1 내지 12시간동안 유리전이온도 또는 그 이상으로 유지시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
1회분 용량의 작용성 활성 성분, 부형제 및 작용성 활성 성분을 함유하는 매트릭스를 형성하기에 충분한 양의 중합체(이 중합체는 유리 전이 온도가 30℃ 내지 150℃이다)가 잘 섞인 혼합물을 함유하는 성형된 형태를 포함하고, 투여시 작용성 활성 성분의 조절된 방출을 제공하는 투여형을 제공하기에 충분한 시간동안 중합체의 유리 전이온도 또는 그 이상으로 상기 성형된 형태를 가열하였음을 특징으로 하는 개선된 서방성 투여형.
제 5 항에 있어서, 1% 내지 90%부형제, 5% 내지 90%작용성 활성 성분, 및 폴리이소부틸렌, 아크릴산, 메타크릴산, 하이드록시알킬아크릴산, 하이드록시알킬메타크릴산 또는 이들의 메틸, 에틸 또는 라우릴 에스테르의 중합체 또는 공중합체, 폴리(에틸렌 옥사이드), 셀룰로즈 아세테이트, 셀룰로즈 아세테이트 부티레이트, 셀룰로즈 아세테이트 프로피오네이트, 에틸 셀룰로즈, 다가알콜 및 디카복실산의 폴리에스테르, 폴리에테르, 셀룰로즈 아세테이트 프탈레이트, dl - 폴리락트산, 폴리글리콜산, 폴리락트 - 폴리글리콜 공중합체, 폴리카프로락톤, 폴리하이드록시부티레이트, 폴리하이드록시 발레레이트 및 폴리에틸렌글리콜, 이들의 혼합물 및 공중합체로부터 선택된, 5% 내지 50%중합체를 특징으로 하는 서방성 투여형.
제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 중합체가 40℃ 내지 100℃의 유리 전이 온도를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 서방성 투여형.
제 5 항, 6항 및 7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 부형제가 미세 결정성 셀룰로즈, 락토즈, 인산이칼슘, 황산 칼슘, 슈가, 미세 결정성 셀룰로즈, 검, 메틸셀룰로즈, 전분, 폴리비닐피롤리돈 및 점토로부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 서방성 투여형.
제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 형태가 정제, 비드(bead), 미세캡슐, 환제 또는 과립임을 특징으로 하는 서방성 투여형.
제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 약학적 활성 성분이 테오필린, 퀴니딘 셀페이트, 프로프라놀올, 클로로페니라민, 테스토스테론 및 에테닐 에스트라디올임을 특징으로 하는 서방성 투여형.
