Claims (8)
- 각 노즐을 통하여 주형의 내부 캐비티에 구멍을 만들면서 동시에 가압하에 주형으로 액체 가소성 물질을 사출하므로써 고주파 모울딩을 하는 방법에 있어서, 죄수주위에 밀폐된 루우프 형태로 한 부분을 성형 및/또는 중복성형을 하기 위하여 밀폐 인서어트는 분사 노즐과 벤팅 노즐 사이에 배치되어 있고, 이 밀폐 인서어트의 형태는 모울드 프로파일에 해당하고, 또한 이 인서어트는 분사된 가소성 물질과 같은 성질을 가진 물질로 만들어져 있어서 이것이 적당한 제너레이터에 의해 고주파 전장을 적용하는 동안 성형 또는 중복 성형되도록 용해하여 접합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체 가소성 물질을 고주파 모울딩하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 분사된 액체 가소성 물질이 플라스티졸, 폴리우레탄 형태의 가소성 물질과 폴리에테르 형태의 가소성 물질로부터 선택된 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 가압하에 가소성 물질을 주형내로 분사하기 위한 분사노즐과 상기 주형을 대기 또는 흡입원과 연결하기 위한 벤팅노즐을 포함하고 상기 노즐의 개폐를 조절하기 위한 이중 작용 작동기를 포함한 액체 가소성 물질을 고주파 모울딩하는 장치에 있어서, 상기 장치는 이것과 결합된 각 주형과 이동가능하게 연결하는 데 적합한 유니트 어셈블리를 형성하고 피스톤과 작동기의 연결부분은 유전손실을 나타내지 않는 물질로 만들어진 것을 특징으로 하는 액체 가소성 물질을 고주파 모울딩 하는 장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 피스톤과 작동기의 관련 피스톤은 폴리우레탄 또는 이와 유사한 물질로 만들어 지는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 장치가 볼트와 같은 분리할 수 있는 조임장치로 고정시킨 주형에 붙일 수 있도록 적당한 블록으로 싸여 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 3 항에 따른 장치로 제 1 항에 또는 방법을 이용하여 얻어진 생산물.
- 제 3 항에 따른 장치로 얻어진 생산물.
- 제 6 항 또는 제 7 항에 있어서, 자유단에 성형한 주변 가스켓을 포함하는 자동차 창 유리인 것을 특징으로 하는 생산물.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
