Description
Claims (14)
- (a) 10 내지 90몰%의 이소프탈산 또는 그의 에스테르 형성 유도체, (b) 10 내지 60몰%의 하기 일반식(I)의 페닐렌디(옥시아세트산) 또는 그의 에스테르 형성 유도체, 및 (c) 0 내지 45몰%의 나프탈렌 디카르복시산 또는 그의 에스테르 형성 유도체를 포함하는 디카르복시산 성분(A) ; 및 디올 성분(B)를 공중합시켜 제조한 공중합 폴리에스테르 :상기식에서, R1, R2, R3및 R4는 각각 수소 원자, 1 내지 6개 탄소원자를 갖는 알킬기, 1 내지 6개 탄소 원자를 갖는 알콕시기, 페닐기, 염소 원자, 브롬 원자 또는 불소 원자임.
- 제1항에 있어서, 페놀과 테트라클로로에탄의 혼합용매(혼합중량비 1: 1)를 사용하여 30℃에서 측정한 고유 점도 0.4 내지 2.0dl/g을 갖는 공중합 폴리에스테르.
- 제1항에 있어서, 일반식(1)의 페닐렌디(옥시아세트산)이 1, 2-페닐렌디(옥시아세트산), 1, 3-페닐렌디(옥시아세트산), 1, 4-페닐렌디(옥시아세트산), 2-메틸-1, 3-페닐렌디(옥시아세트산), 5-메틸-1, 3-페닐렌디(옥시아세트산), 4-메틸-1, 3-페닐렌디(옥시아세트산), 5-에틸-1, 3-페닐렌디(옥시아세트산), 4-에틸-1, 3-페닐렌디(옥시아세트산), 5-메톡시-1, 3-페닐렌디(옥시아세트산), 4-메톡시-1, 3-페닐렌디)옥시아세트산), 4-클로로-1, 2-페닐렌디(옥시아세트산) 및 4-클로로-1, 3-페닐렌디(옥시아세트산)으로 부터 선택되는 공중합 폴리에스테르.
- 제1항에 있어서, 나프탈렌디카르복시산이 1, 4-나프탈렌디카르복시산, 1, 5-나프탈렌디카르복시산, 1, 8-나프탈렌디카르복시산, 2, 3-나프탈렌디카르복시산, 2, 6-나프탈렌디카르복시산 및 2, 7-나프탈렌디카르복시산으로 부터 선택되는 공중합 폴리에스테르.
- 제1항에 있어서, 디올 성분(B)이 에틸렌 글리콜, 1, 2-프로판디올, 1, 3-프로판디올, 1, 4-부탄디올, 펜타메틸렌 글리콜, 헥사메틸렌 글리콜, 네오펜틸글리콜, 시클로헥산디메탄올, 디에틸렌글리콜 및 비스페놀 A 및 비스페놀 D로 부터 선택되는 공중합 폴리에스테르.
- 제1항에 있어서, 디카르복시산 성분(A)이 (a) 40 내지 90몰%의 이소프탈산 또는 그의 에스테르 형성 유도체, 및 (b) 10 내지 60몰%의 일반식(I)의 페닐렌디(옥시아세트산) 또는 그의 에스테르 형성 유도체를 포함하는 공중합 폴리에스테르.
- 제1항에 있어서, 디카르복시산 성분(A)이 (a) 50 내지 85몰%의 이소프탈산 또는 그의 에스테르 형성유도체, (b) 10 내지 45몰%의 일반식(I)의 페닐렌디(옥시아세트산), 또는 그의 에스테르 형성 유도체, 및 (c) 5 내지 40몰%의 나프타렌 디카르복시산 또는 그의 에스테르 형성 유도체를 포함하는 공중합 폴리에스테르.
- 제1항에 있어서, 디카르복시산 성분(A)이 (a) 10 내지 50몰%의 이소프탈산 또는 그의 에스테르 형성유도체, (b) 20 내지 60몰%의 하기 일반식(I)의 페닐렌디(옥시아세트산) 또는 그의 에스테르 형성 유도체, 및 (c) 10 내지 45몰%의 나프탈렌 디카르복시산 또는 그의 에스테르 형성 유도체를 포함하고, 성분(b) 및 성분(c)의 몰 비율이 50 : 50 내지 80 : 20 범위인 공중합 폴리에스테르.
- 제1항의 공중합 폴리에스테르로부터 제조된 포장 재료.
- 제1항이 공중합 폴리에스테르와 주성분으로서 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트를 함유하는 폴리에스테르를 포함하는 폴리에스테르 조성물.
- 제10항에 있어서, 공중합 폴리에스테르의 함량이 5 내지 80 중량%이고, 주성분으로서 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트를 함유하는 폴리에스테르의 함량이 20 내지 95중량%인 폴리에스테르 조성물.
- 제1항의 공중합 폴리에스테르 또는 제10항이 폴리에스테르 조성물을 성형한 후, 그 성형물을 연신시킴으로써 제조된 폴리에스테르 연신 쉬트.
- 제1항의 공중합 폴리에스테르 또는 제10항의 폴리에스테르 조성물을 성형함으로써 제조된 폴리에스테르 중공 용기.
- 제1항의 공중합 폴리에스테르 층 또는 제10항의 폴리에스테르 조성물 층 및 주성분으로서 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트를 함유하는 폴리에스테르 층으로 구성된 다층 포장 재료.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
