와이어 방전가공장치의 단선복귀제어방법

제1도는 본 발명의 1실시예에 의한 와이어 방전가공장치의 단선복귀제어를 도시한 흐름도.
제4도는 피가공물의 윤곽형상가공의 상태를 도시한 도면.

Claims (7)

  1. 피가공물과 와이어전극 사이에 가공전압을 인가해서 상대이동시켜 상기 피가공물을 윤곽형상 가공하는 과정에서 상기 와이어전극에 단선이 발생했을 때 상기 피가공물과 와이어전극을 상대이동시켜 상기 단선된 와이어전극을 상기 피가공물의 가공 개시점으로 되돌리고, 상기 와이어전극을 상기 팽팽하게 거는 경로에 재차 세트한 후 상기 피가공물의 가공이 끝난 경로를 상기 피가공물과 상대이동시키면서 거슬러 올라가 상기 와이어전극이 단선된 지점으로 복귀시키고, 상기 지점에서 재차 방전가공을 속행하는 와이어 방전가공장치의 단선복귀제어방법에 있어서, 상기 단선된 와이어전극을 상기 팽팽하게 거는 경로에 세트한 후 상기 피가공물과 상기 와이어전극 사이에 가공전압을 인가해서 방전을 발생시키면서 상기 피가공물의 가공이 끝난경로를 상기 피가공물과 상대이동시키면서 거슬러 올라가서 상기 와이어전극을 상기 단선된 지점으로 복귀시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 와이어 방전가공장치의 단선복귀제어방법.
  2. 특허청구의 범위 제1항에 있어서, 가공 개시점에서의 와이어전극의 세트를 와이어자동공급장치에 의해 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 와이어 방전가공장치의 단선복귀제어방법.
  3. 특허청구의 범위 제2항에 있어서, 와이어전극의 세트시에 그 선단부를 예리하게 절단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 와이어 방전가공장치의 단선복귀제어방법.
  4. 특허청구의 범위 제1항에 있어서, 세트한 와이어전극을 단선지점으로 복귀시키면서 인가하는 가공전압을 와이어전극의 단선전과 동일 가공조건으로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 와이어 방전가공장치의 단선복귀제어방법.
  5. 특허청구의 범위 제1항에 있어서, 세트한 와이어전극을 단선지점으로 복귀시키면서 인가하는 가공전압을 와이어전극의 단선전과 상이한 가공조건으로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 와이어 방전가공장치의 단선복귀제어방법.
  6. 특허청구의 범위 제5항에 있어서, 단선지점으로 복귀한 후에 단선전의 가공조건으로 되돌리는 것을 특징으로 하는 와이어 방전가공장치의 단선복귀제어방법.
  7. 특허청구의 범위 제5항에 있어서, 가공조건을 가공전기 조건으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 와이어 방전가공장치의 단선복귀제어방법.
