제3도는 본 발명의 광 디스크 제조시에 사용된 벌크 형태의 실리콘 압력 감지 접착제 부재의 부분 단면도.

Claims (8)

  1. 각각 한면에 기록 표면과 금속 반사층을 겹쳐 갖는 한쌍의 기판을 포함하며, 이 기판들은 한 기판의 반사층이 다른 기판의 반사층을 향하도록 놓여지고 매끄러운 표면의 실리콘 양면 압력 감지 접착제 부재로 함께 부착되어짐을 특징으로 하는 광 디스크.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 매끄러운 표면의 실리콘 양면 압력 감지 접착제 부재는 R이 1 내지 4개의 탄소원자를 갖는 알킬그룹, 알케닐그룹, 혹은 아릴그룹일때 반드시 SiO2유니트와 R3SiO0.5유니트로 구성되는 공중합체 수지와 역시 R이 상기와 같을때 반드시 R2SiO유니트로 구성되는 디오가노폴리실록산의 혼합제 혹은 응축제를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 광 디스크.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, R2SiO유니트에 의해 표시되는 실록산중의 Rs는 5몰퍼센트(mol%)이상의 아릴 그룹을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 광 디스크.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, R2SiO유니트에 의해 표시되는 실록산은 25℃에서 500,000cSt이상의 점성도를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 광 디스크.
  5. 각각 한면에 기록 표면과 금속 반사층을 겹쳐 갖는 한쌍의 기판을 포함하며, 이 기판들은 한 기관의 반사층이 다른 기판의 반사층을 향하토록 놓여지고 기판들의 외주 부분자 내주 부분에서 두 기판 사이에 스페이서가 삽입되어 매끄러운 표면의 실리콘 양면 압력 감지 접착제 부재로 기판들과 스페이서 사이의 계면을 접착하므로써 상기 두 기판을 부착시킴을 특징으로 하는 광 디스크.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 매끄러운 표면의 실리콘 양면 압력 감지 접착제 부재는 R이 1 내지 4개의 탄소원자를 갖는 알킬그룹, 알케닐그룹, 혹은 아릴그룹일때 반드시 SiO2유니트와 R3SiO유니트로 구성되는 R이 상기와 같을 때 반드시 R2SiO유니트로 구성되는 디오가노폴리실록산의 혼합제 혹은 응축제를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 광 디스크.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, R2SiO유니트에 의해 표시되는 실록산중의 Rs는 5몰퍼센트(mol%)이상의 아릴 그룹을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 광 디스크.
  8. 제6항에 있어서, R2SiO유니트에 의해 표시되는 실록산은 25℃에서 500,000cSt이상의 점성도를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 광 디스크.
