Claims (11)
- 압축기는 상기 하우징 내에 설치된 고정스크롤을 포함하고, 상기 고정스크롤은 제1단부판을 가지고, 제1나선요소는 거기에서 뻗어 있고, 궤도운동하는 스크롤은 제2나선요소가 뻗어있는 제2단부판을 가지고, 상기 제1 및 제2나선요소는 적어도 한쌍의 밀폐된 유체포킷을 형성하는 여러선의 접촉을 이루어 각 및 방사상의 구멍에서 상호 결합되고, 구동메카니즘은 상기 궤도운동하는 스크롤의 궤도운동에 영향을 끼치기 위하여 상기 궤도운동 스크롤에 작동할 수 있게 연결되고, 회전방지 장치는 궤도운동 동안 상기 궤도운동 스크롤의 회전을 방지하여 상기 유체포킷의 체적은 상기 포킷의 유체를 압축함에 따라 변하고, 상기 구동메카니즘은 내부 블록부재내에 회전할 수 있게 지지된 구동축을 포함하고, 상기 내부 블록부재는 상기 하우징에 고정되고, 상기 고정스크롤의 제1단부판과 상기 내부 블록부재는 상기 하우징을 송출실과 흡입실로 함께 나누고, 상기 제1 및 제2나선요소는 그 내부에 존재함을 포함하는 용접밀폐 하우징을 갖는 스크롤형 압축기에 있어서, 베어링은 상기 내부 블록부재의 내부표면과 상기 구동축의 외부사이에 설치되고, 상기 구동축은 축방향통로 및 상기 축방향통로를 상기 송출실로 연결하는 적어도 하나의 방사상통로를 갖고, 적어도 하나의 방사상구멍은 상기 축방향통로에 연결된 그 외부표면을 통하여 뻗어 있고, 헬리컬홈은 상기 구동축의 외부 표면에 형성되어 상기 방사상구멍에 연결됨을 특징으로 하는 밀폐된 스크롤형 압축기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 베어링은 평면베어링임을 특징으로 하는 밀폐된 스크롤형 압축기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 내부 블록부재는 거기에서 뻗은 축방향 환형돌출부를 포함하고, 상기 베어링은 상기 축방향 환형돌출부의 내부표면과 상기 구동축의 외부표면 사이에 설치됨을 특징으로 하는 밀폐된 스크롤형 압축기.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 구동축의 축방향통로는 상기 구동축의 한쪽 단부에 있는 입구로부터 상기 구동축의 반대쪽 단부근처에 있는 폐쇄단부까지 뻗어있음을 특징으로 하는 밀폐된 스크롤형 압축기.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 하우징은 그 내부를 통하여 뻗어있는 냉매가스출구와 상기 축방향통로의 입구를 제공함을 특징으로 하는 밀폐된 스크롤형 압축기.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 방사상통로는 상기 송출실에 그 폐쇄단부 근처에서 상기 축방향통로를 연결함을 특징으로 하는 밀폐된 스크롤형 압축기.
- 제3항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 전달구멍은 상기 송출실을 상기 축방향통로에 연결하고, 상기 전달구멍은 상기 내부 블록부재와 상기 베어링을 통하여 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 밀폐된 스크롤형 압축기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 축밀폐 메카니즘은 상기 구동축의 회전에 의하여 상기 송출실에서 상기 흡입실까지 냉매가스의 누설을 방지하기 위해 상기 내부 블록부재의 흡입실쪽 표면의 중앙부에 형성된 공간내에 설치됨을 특징으로 하는 밀폐된 스크롤형 압축기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 흡입가스흡입구는 상기 하우징과 상기 내부 블록부재에 방사상으로 침투하여 상기 흡입실에 연결됨을 특징으로 하는 밀폐된 스크롤형 압축기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 도관은 상기 하우징의 압력차에 의해 상기 송출실로부터 상기 흡입실로 윤활유를 공급하기 위해 상기 내부 블록부재에 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 밀폐된 스크롤형 압축기.
- 제5항에 있어서, 환형돌출부는 상기 하우징의 내부 표면으로부터 축방향으로 돌출하고 상기 구동축의 상기 한쪽 단부에 상기 송출가스출구관을 연결함을 특징으로하는 밀폐된 스크롤형 압축기.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
