Claims (3)
- 축(11)에 자왜효과를 갖는 자성금속재를 고착함과 더불어 상기 자성금속재의 근방에 상기 축(11)과 접촉되지 않게 코일(28,29)을 배선해서, 상기축(11)에 가해지는 회전력에 의해 생기는 상기 자성금속재의 투자율의 변화에 기인한 상기 코일(28,29)의 임피던스변화 또는 유기전압변화로 부터 상기 축(11)의 토오크(T)를 검출하도록 된 토오크센서에 있어서, 상기 자성금속재에 직류바이어스계를 부여하는 수단을 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 토오크센서.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 직류바이어스자계를 부여하는 수단이 영구자석(22,24)을 주체로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 토오크센서.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기자성금속재가 비정질자성금속재인 것을 특징으로 하는 토오크센서.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
