Claims (19)

  1. 니켈-크롭-철합금에 있어서, 전술한 합금은 기본적으로 약 19 내지 28%의 크롬, 약 55 내지 75%의 니켈, 약 0.75 내지 2%의 알루미늄, 약 1%까지의 티타늄, 소량이지만 제조공정을 용이하게 하는데 충분한 유효량이며 약 0.5%까지인 지르코늄, 각 1%까지의 규소, 몰리브덴, 망간 및 니오북, 약 0.1%까지의 탄소, 소량이지만 지르코늄과 결합하여 결정립 코기조절을 실행하는데 충분한 유효량이고 약 0.1%까지인 질소, 약 0.2%까지의 이트륨을 포함하고, 잔부는 철이며, (ⅰ) 제조의 용이성 (ⅱ) 조절된 결정립크기 (ⅲ) 1000℃(1832℉)이상에서 향상된 산화저항, 그리고 (ⅳ) 약 1100℃ 이상의 온도에서 양호한 응력파단강도를 특징으로 하는 니켈-크롬-철합금.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, 약 21 내지 25%의 크롬, 약 55 내지 65%의 니켈, 0.8 내지 1.5%의 알루미늄, 약 0.075 내지 0.05%의 티타늄, 약 0.1 내지 0.4%의 지르코늄, 0.1 내지 0.6%의 규소, 0.8%까지의 몰리브덴, 0.2%까지의 망간, 0.4%까지의 니오뮴, 약 0.04 내지 0.1%의 탄소, 약 0.03 내지 0.08%의 질소 그리고 0.15%까지의 니트륨을 포함하는 합금.
  3. 제 2항에 있어서, 최소한 0.1%의 티타늄과 0.15%의 지르코늄을 포함하는 합금.
  4. 제 2항에 있어서, 0.01부터 0.6%까지의 몰리브덴을 포함하는 합금.
  5. 제 2항에 있어서, 니켈이 58 내지 63%인 합금.
  6. 제 1항에 있어서, 이트륨이 약 0.02 내지 0.15%의 양으로 존재하는 합금.
  7. 제 2항에 있어서, 이트륨이 약 0.02 내지 0.15%의 양으로 존재하는 합금.
  8. 제 1항에 있어서, 0.1부터 0.6%까지의 규소 및 0.5%까지의 티타늄을 포함하며, 규소와 티타늄이 그들간의 비율이 약 0.75 내지 3인 정도로 상호 관계되는 합금.
  9. 제 2항에 있어서, 0.1부터 0.6%까지의 규소 및 0.5%까지의 티타늄을 포함하며, 규소와 티타늄이 그들간의 비율이 약 0.75 내지 3인 정도로 상호 관계되는 합금.
  10. 제 1항에 있어서, 지르코늄과 티타늄이 그들간의 비율이 약 0.1부터 60까지인 정도로 상호 관계되는 합금.
  11. 제 2항에 있어서, 지르코늄과 티타늄이 그들간의 비율이 약 0.1부터 60까지인 정도로 상호 관계되는 합금.
  12. 제 1항에 있어서, 알루미늄과 티타늄 더하기 0.525x%의 지르코늄이 약 1200℃까지의 사용(service)온도에 대해 그들간의 비율이 약 5.5를 넘지 않고 1까지인 정도로 상호 관계되는 합금.
  13. 제 2항에 있어서, 알루미늄과 티타늄 더하기 0.525x%의 지르코늄이 약 1200℃까지의 사용온도에 대해 그들간의 비율이 약 5.5를 넘지 않고 1까지인 정도로 상호 관계되는 합금.
  14. 제 8항에 있어서, 지르코늄과 티타늄간의 비율이 0.1부터 60까지이며 약 1200℃까지의 사용온도에 대해서 알루미늄과 티타늄 더하기 0.525x%의 지르코늄간의 비율이 5.5를 넘지 않고 1까지인 합금.
  15. 제 9항에 있어서, 지르코늄과 티타늄간의 비율이 0.1부터 60까지이며 약 1200℃까지의 사용온도에 대해서 알루미늄과 티타늄 더하기 0.525x%의 지르코늄간의 비율이 5.5를 넘지 않고 1까지인 합금.
  16. 제 1항에 있어서, 청구된 합금으로 제조된 로 롤러.
