- 36K페밀리에 속하는 단백질을 특이적으로 인식하는 것을 특징으로 하는 모노크로날 항체.
- 36K페밀리에 속하는 단백질의 N말단영역의 아미노산 배열에 해당하는 펩티드를 화학 합성하고, 필요에 따라서는 캐리어를 결합시키거나 또는 결합시키지 않고, 이것을 항원으로 하여 항체를 취득하는 것을 특징으로 하는 36K페밀리에 속하는 단백질을 특이적으로 인식하는 모노크로날 항체의 제조방법.
- 36K페밀리에 속하는 단백질을 특이적으로 인식하는 모노크로날 항체를 사용하여 36K페밀리에 속하는 단백질을 동정하거나 또는 정량하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
