Claims (10)
- 불규칙하게 요철진 평면 또는 곡면을 가지는 공작물에 대한 공구의 회전이 공작물 표면과 공구사이 접촉라인이나 곡선 또는 접촉점으로 설치되는 적어도 엔드와이즈 절삭공구가 공구의 끝면에 위치되는 연마가공법에 있어서, 회전축을 구성하는 공구축이 피이드 방향에 사실상 직각으로 설치되나 공작물 표면에는 경사져서 피이드 방향에 직각으로 이송하고, 공구표면의 경사에 상응하는 접합한 형상을 갖는 공구의 끝면이 피이드 방향에 직각으로 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공작물 연마 가공법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 공구축의 경사방향은 공구의 끝면이 공작물 표면에 가까이 적용토록 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공작물 연마가공법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 공구축의 경사방향이 피이드 방향의 안쪽 구성성분으로 또는 피이드 방향의 반대편 성분으로 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공작물 연마 가공법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 볼록하게 곡면진 끝면을 가지는 공구를 가까이 적용시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 공작물 연마 가공법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 공작물을 고려하여 공구에 5개의 운동축까지 개입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공작물 연마 가공법.
- 제1항~제4항중 어느 하나에 의거 본 방법을 실시하기 위한 공구로써, 공구(1)의 끝면(10)이 볼록하게 곡면지거나 콘형으로 볼록한 것을 특징으로 하는 공구.
- 제6항에 있어서, 오목하게 곡면진 원주를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 공구.
- 제6항에 있어서, 밀링, 드릴링, 그라인딩, 정밀 연마(polishing), 래핑, 또는 어떤 다른 연마공구(1)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공구.
- 제7항에 있어서, 끝면(10)이 잘린 콘으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 공구.
- 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 구형의 컵형상으로 형성된 헤드(12)와 콘(11)으로 구성되며, 콘이 공작물의 주변 표면을 가공함과 동시에 헤드가 가세하여 둥근반경(13)을 가공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공구.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
