화염분사기의 예열장치

본 고안은 잡초를 태우거나 또는 돈사나 우사등과 같은 축사의 바닥을 태워 소독할수 있는 화염분사기의 예열장치에 관한 것이다.
종래의 화염분사기는 예열장치가 형성되어 있지 아니하기 때문에 처음에 불을 붙이면 연료가 불완전연소가 되어 그을름이 발생하게 되므로 장치의 선단이 시꺼멓게 되는 결점이 있었다.
본 고안은 이러한 점을 감안하여 고안한 것으로서 화염 분사기에 점화 코저 할때는 장치에 의하여 연료관을 가열하여 줌으로써 연료가 가화되어 배출될때 점화하면 연료가 완전연소되기 때문에 그을름이 발생하는 것을 방지할수 있도록 한 것이다.
이와 같은 본 고안의 구성을 첨부된 도면에 의하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
본체(1)의 후단에 연료통(2)를 형성하고 연료통(2)내에는 펌프(3)를 형성하며, 격판(4)에 연결된 연료공급관(5)이 본체(1)의 선단내를 권회하여 권회부(6)가 형성되고 권회부의 뒤쪽에 조즐(7)이 형성되도록한 것에 있어서 노즐(7)의 앞쪽에 토출관(8)를 형성하여 토출관(8)의 주연에는 개스공급관(9)이 환설되고 개스공급관(9)의 전면에는 개스배출공(10)이 수개가 형성되고 개스배출공(10)의 전면에는 확개판(11)를 환설하여서된 것이다.
도면중 미설명부호(12)는 개스통, (13)을 점화구, 14는 개수조절밸브, 15는 연결관, 16은 연료조절밸브이다.
이와 같은 본 고안의 효과를 설명하면 다음과 같다.
본 고안을 사용코저 할때는 먼저 연결관(15)에 개스통(12)의 노즐을 삽입한후 개스조절밸브(14)을 열며 개스가 연결관(15)과 개수공급관(9)을 통하여 개수배출공(10)으로 배출될때 점화구(13)을 작동시켜 점화시키면 개스가 연소되면서 권회부(6)를 가열하게 된다.
이때 연료조절밸브(16)을 열면 연료가 권회부(6)를 통과하면서 가화되어 노즐(7)로 배출되어 연소가 된다.
이와 같이 연료가 연소가 시작되면 개수조절밸브(15)를 잠그고 개스통(12)을 제거한다. 그러면 연료가 연소하면서 계속적으로 권회부(6)를 가열하여 주기 때문에 연료가 계속적으로 기화되어 배출되어 연소된다. 따라서 연료가 완전하게 연소되므로 인하여 종래와 같이 점화시에 불완전연소에 의하여 그을름이 방생하는 것을 방지할수 있는 유용한 고안이다.

  1. 본체(1)의 후단에 연료통(2)에 형성하고 연료통(2)내에는 펌프(3)를 형성하며, 격판(4)에 연결된 연료공급관(5)이 본체(1)의 선단내를 권회하여 권회부(6)가 형성되고 권회부의 뒤쪽에 노즐(7)이 형성되도록한 것에 있어서 노즐(7)의 앞쪽에 토출관(8)를 형성하며 토출관(8)의 주연에는 개수공급관(9)이 환설되고 개스공급관(9)의 전면에는 개스배출공(10)이 수개가 형성되고 개수배출공(10)의 전면에는 확개판(11)를 환설하여서 된 화염분사기의 예열장치.
