Description
Claims (11)
- a) 방향족 폴리이소시아네이트 ; b) 통계 평균상 2.5개 이상의 이소시아네이트-반응성 그룹을 함유하는 분자량 1,800 내지 12,000의 화합물 ; 및 c) (i) 방향족성 결합된 1급 및/또는 2급 아미노 그룹 2개를 함유하는 분자량 108 내지 400의 디아민, 및 (ii) 분자량 60 내지 1,799의 지방족 또는 사이클로지방족 폴리올 또는 지방족 또는 사이클로지방족 폴리아민으로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 성분(단, 성분 (i) 또는 (ii)중 적어도 하나는, 성분 c)의 총량이 성분 b)의 중량을 기준으로 하여 5중량 %이상이 되도록 하는 양으로 사용된다)를 이소시아네이트 지수 약 60 내지 140에서 하나 이상의 단계로 반응시킴을 특징으로 하여, 밀도가 0.8g/㎤이상인 폴리이소시아네이트 폴리부가물을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분 c)가, 폴리이소시아네이트 폴리부가물의 우레아 그룹 대 우레탄 그룹의 몰비가 2:1이상이 되도록 선택되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 추가로, d)하나 이상의 보조제 또는 첨가제를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 보조제 또는 첨가제가 생성된 폴리이소시아네이트 폴리부가물의 총중량을 기준으로 하여 80중량%이하의 양인 충진재 또는 보강재인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리올 또는 폴리아민이 하나 이상의 에테르 그룹을 함유하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분 b)가 통계평균상 2.5 내지 3.0개의 이소시아네이트-반응성 그룹을 함유하는 방법.
- a) 방향족 폴리이소시아네이트 ; b)통계 평균상 2.5 내지 3.0개의 이소시아네이트-반응성 그룹을 함유하는 분자량 1,800 내지 12,000의 화합물 ; c) (i) 방향족성 결합된 1급 및/또는 2급 아미노 그룹 2개를 함유하는 분자량 108 내지 400의 디아민, 및 (ii) 하나 이상의 에테르 그룹을 함유하는 분자량 60 내지 1,799의 지방족 또는 사이클로지방족 폴리올 또는 지방족 또는 사이클로지방족 폴리아민으로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 성분(단, 성분 (i) 또는 (ii)중 적어도 하나는, 성분 c)의 총량이 성분 b)의 중량을 기준으로 하여 5중량 %이상이 되도록 하는 양으로 사용된다) ; 및 d) 생성된 폴리이소시아네이트 폴리부가물의 총중량을 기준으로 하여 8.0중량%이하의 양인 충진재 또는 보강재를 이소시아네이트 지수 약 60 내지 140에서 하나 이상의 단계로 반응시킴을 특징으로 하여, 밀도가 0.8g/㎤이상인 폴리이소시아네이트 폴리부가물을 제조하는 방법.
- 폴리이소시아네이트 부가물을 50℃이상의 온도 및 5 bar이상의 압력하에 열가소적으로 성형시킴을 특징으로 하며, 제1항에 따른 폴리이소시아네이트 폴리부가물의 성형물을 제조하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 폴리이소시아네이트 부가물을 그래뉼, 칩, 또는 다른 소형 또는 초소형 단편 형태로 사용하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 폴리이소시아네이트 폴리부가물을 반응 사출성형에 의해 수득한 플레이트의 형태로 사용하는 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 플레이트를 침지 연신에 의해 열가소적으로 성형시키는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
